hmm I think its clear now. Adhutosh clearly doesnt want to move on. He likes to live in his past memories even if some of them hurt him.Lets wait n see how the character evolves..

I dount Ashu was in love with anyone , donno but he feels betrayed due tio the house going away and those things made him feel that he was left alone and not cared for and so inturn he became Dr. Hardstone
