The discussions, talks that happen here, especially in this thread is kind of keeping me attached to krpkab
😆 😆 . It makes me think and get all these thoughts. I was watching the Sonakshi proposal episode and realized something. Both Dev and Sonakshi's proposal to each other were apologies. He takes her to kind of like a fairy land which was her dream and apologizes before asking her to marry him. There too he doesn't say will you be Mrs. Dixit. Instead asks if she is willing to become Mrs. Obodhro. In Sonakshi's proposal, she makes a ring out of coffee cup which is him. He is the one who introduces her to drinking coffee. Her whole proposal is her apologizing for her actions. She even partly apologizes for the 7 years saying that she is sorry that she didn't say ILU for 7 yrs. ends her proposal with ILU. 😃 .

I think I am appreciating the makers more now than I did at that time. I feel that when I watch some episodes now, I see a different shade, a different color of the characters and I understand the series better. 😃

There is no doubt that KRPKAB was different than the rest of the serials .They introducted some unquie and interesting tracks which was different from the usual drama we see on Indian Television but after sometime the execution of the tracks was not up to the mark ..they never gave proper ending to the tracks before jumping other ones .Another major drawback was script was modified according to SNs feedback .The first few episodes before Dev ki Deewangi was class apart and one could see it was close to reality and did not promote psuedo feminism

I have always cribbed about the show but I want to mention few good things about the show .Sonakshi was my favorite character initially and so different from other FL .she was real and like today's generation focused on her career and was not a allrounder .I could relate to her but a different story that later she became super women

It was rare to find FL falling in love first and craving for guys attention and crying for him .They broke the stereotype that serial women don't get physically attracted to their man and in fact broke lot of other stereotypes like women can get jealous and cook stories like Neil one to gain their man'd Attention .I cannot remember any other serial where the FL was this real and not a Mahaan perfect girl good at everything

Dev's love confession was class apart , cannot think of any other proposal as real as this and yet special in every way .

The post confession scenes were so different and subtle romance between Devakshi was a treat to watch .

Another thing I loved about a Dev was unlike other ML he was not aggressive with his lady love .Without pulling and pushing his love he showed how passionate he was .Dev's respect for women ,his unconditional love for his family and his loyalty to his women made him different from other ML

Still there is so many good things about the show .

I pray to god.Shaheer should never land in KZK ...I just don't want him play Anurag. He deserves the best. I would like to see him in a show like Prithvi Vallabh.

But I am a Mytho,lover and also like historicals. I was so excited when Ashoka was planned with Shaheer by SIDT. With two fiction serials Navya And Kuch Rang and only one Mytho Mahabharat I would definitely love to see him in a Prithvi Vallabh kind of show. But no Kasautii retold for me.
