As for Dev there is a very thin line between being over protective & possesive and he is right on that line, any more of it and it would be possessiveness.

Also I understand her talking to both ish & Elena as Dev has shut down all communication. She needs to figure out how to solve the problem but only when she can figure out what the problem is. She is not a mind reader but at least she's trying to sort out the issue.

And having tracker might not be common thing but after what happened you have to be extra careful and alert..she feels her privacy is hurt but is it more important then her safety

No she isnt some mind reader but to read and figure out whats going on in your loved ones head you don't need any special talent..and precisely when he said he is concerned about her safety thats why he is following her..still she asks please tell me whats in your mind..She shud have immediately guessed why he is acting like this also she figured out he is behaving odd post that night..so its even more easier for her to draw conclusion..
