I have an idea. Maybe it is the other way around. I mean Sonakshi knows how much Dev wanted kids. And she knows how much he missed her pregnancy. Also that scene where he decided to enact how they would have been if they were together during her pregnancy.
She also knows that her chance of getting pregnant is less. What happened with Suhana is a miracle. When Dev had lied about pregnancy, he had tried to get her the fertility treatment without telling her. He had wanted to make her dream a reality. Now she is getting that fertility treatment done by herself so that she can get pregnant. She doesn't want to tell Dev because she knows he wouldn't want her to go through it as the procedure is painful. He would say we already have Soha, we don't need anyone else since he cannot see her in pain. She wants to get it done and kind of give that time back to Dev. By becoming pregnant, give him that happiness. And that is Dev and Sonakshi's naye rang.
What say... No chappals and tomatoes please. This is just my guess. 😃
