To begin with I loved todays episode very much and I thank the PH and the entire cast nd crew for such a fabulous performance. When they introduced this live in track , I was wondering would they be able to live up to the present generations expectations or would they give in to the orthodox belief...this kept playing in my mind...and as I saw today's episode I was very happy. I am not sure how this track will end ...I would never want them to show Laksh as some conman who will cheat Nikki or as a cunning man who is close to her because she is Dev's sister. I want them to show him as a good human being and an affectionate partner. If the show him in the shade of grey then its like proving that all live couples are not good ppl and ppl with love moral values...which is not at all right!!
Every one has the rt to choose how they want to live , the path they need to take with their partner...live in or marriage ...what matters is the commitment that the couple shows towards each other.
What I liked the most today was
1) Ishwari's reaction - When she heard from Laksh that he was livin in with his girl friend...she questioned the moral value of these two ppl and their families. She forgot that her kids could also be in the same boat. This is so typical rt , when you see something diff done or when your neighbours kid does something not the ideal way or not according the social norms ppl tend to blame their upbringing and often forget that such acts can be done by your ones.
2) Nikki saying , she didnt do anything wrong. She stood her ground . I liked that because when she has not done anything wrong why should she feel guilty
3) Ishwari saying it loud and clear that the one who was alone was Sonakshi and how she had got Dev and Sonakshi separated. When they needed her support , Nikki had walked out..when she had to be their strenth she left. Growing up doesnt mean taking your own decisions but being responsible and fulfilling your responsibility.
4) Loved Sibling conversation betwn Nikki and Dev. It was very emotional. Nikki herself accepted that Dev is more a father figure than a brother. Her question to Dev , when he couldnt let go his love for his mom how can he ask her to let go Laksh ...( Nice!!)
5) Loved it when RR showed the key bunch to Neha and said she is still in control . This time Sonakshi's name from Neha didnt irritate RR infact she said that she is around and is here to stay. I guess all RR wanted was to be in control and to feel important.
Last but not the least ...the way three siblings supported Nikki and tried to make sense
6) Riya stating Laksh and Nikki love each other. Even though their way and approach to love and ... social norm is different they are good ppl with high moral values . Neha's statement , what is wrong if two ppl live together with out marrying . After all they love each other and are happy. She quotes her own marriage with Ranveer and says that they married still marriage broke. So what makes ppl think that only marriage can assure committed relationship ( Well Said ). Then Dev asks his mom if Nikki has done something so embarrassing that we cant accept her again. He also quotes the example of how Ishwari used to be firends with Sonakshi and then the moment she came to know abt his nd Sonakshi's relationship the dynamics changed to such an extant that she couldnt accept Sonakshi even after they got married. He reminds his mom not to repeat the same mistake ..because he felt she was repeating her mistake...this time Ishwari liked Laksh the moment he became Nikki's live in partner things changed...( SPOT ON )
Honestly I got to hear all that I wanted to and had wished to hear...loved the way they handled Live in track . I hope they keep the same momentum ..and not go the clichd way to make the orthodox crowd happy!!
