his apologies show growth in his character. GKB did manage the household, by hook or by crook, but she did.. while Dev and Ishwari were MIA. knowlingly or unknowlingly, he has made mistakes.. esp. with his sisters cause of Ishwari and her kukarms! based on comments for precap.. dont understand the purpose of Rhea sauing to sona how Dev hurt Ishwari. this is when writers start dragging crap. aur kitni pooja katvawyeinge Ishwari ki Dev se 😡

Let's forget the rest of the nonsense she did. Yet Dev is the one apologising to her and she is being benevolent enough to forgive him.

Ishwari was downright pathetic post Dev-Sona's marriage, emotionally blackmailed Dev at every step, treated Sona terribly during the infertility track and used the prenup which she got signed by deceit to eventually separate them. Yet Dev hurt her the most and should be ashamed of it and guess what, apologise and beg for forgiveness next week.

Utterly ridiculous how the writers are going about this. Every other character's mistakes are brushed under the carpet and Dev should apologize to everyone from mamiji to Neha to Vicky. Some more suggestions-
a. Apologize to katri for beating him up and putting him in jail
b. Apologize to Ayaan for making him run away from the city and stopping him from marrying Riya
c. Apologize to Ronita's mom for not understanding her insecurity
d. Apologize to kheechu and bola and jassi for getting frustrated at them every once in a while
c. Finally apologize to viewers for not cutting his hair😆

🤣

Lol. I can even understand if it was because he wanted to kill her with goodness and stop her from plotting further. Unfortunately knowing the writers, they will probably whitewash mami and nothing they did will be exposed. Even if they do, it will be justified and they will reform overnight.

The only thing left is for Dev to apologize for existing.
What are the makers trying to show, it is criminal, immoral and despicable for a guy to -

1. be angry with his family for destroying his married life and happiness for their selfishness

2.grieve or mourn the loss of his love

The underlying hidden social message for all guys is that your duty is to only love your family excluding your wife. A wife was just a convenience they got you for taking care of you and reproduction. You have no business claiming that you are unable to live without her

Bang on. When Dev ignored his life and Sonakshi for his family, the writers found some way or the other to justify it. Hell, they din even find it creepy that Ishwari was micro managing their sex life and pushing them into having a kid asap. Everything is forgotten and forgiven and Dev should have still worshipped his mom despite everything. His mom was one of the major factors behind their separation and him not meeting his kid yet his sisters only notice Dev hurting his mom and not vice versa. I swear I will lose it if Sona feels terrible about this and pushes Dev into apologising and worshipping his mom again. I know it's a show meant for entertainment but there is a limit to showing skewed drama and justifying all the wrong things and this show long crossed that limit 😆

Frankly I feel that the CVs are catering more towards the twitter crowd, because what I see there is that majority of the tweets are on the 1-2 minute romantic scene that they show and the crowd go nuts. And somehow even those scenes now a days look more forced than anything else.

a yep I was passed off when I saw that scene. I mean dev does not know maamis real kartoot. But to show that scene instead of Dev apologizing to bose pr jatin was Heights for me. I mean it's all depends on the actor playing the role.

The romance looks forced cos for one they behave like friends and two, the viewers have no idea what is the current status of their relationship. They got together and then immediately jumped to fixing the family 😕
