the story ahead..

Like all of you I am also very happy with last night's episode... But after seeing the hug they shared at the end, like many people of the forum, I am also sure that Sona will still take her time to allow herself to fall in love with Dev again. Dev and Sona have spoken their hearts out and have decided to forgive each other over their bitter separation 7 years ago. Dev has more or less confessed by his actions and words that he still loves her a lot. But Sona though has forgiven him, cannot trust her heart with him... Yet. She knows about the bond between Ishwari and Dev and wouldn't want to be in a messy situation again.

Though the CVs / writers have their own way of telling their story I think what would happen is as follows:

Dev and Sona go back home and slowly rebuild their friendship. Ishwari comes back and Dev tells her about Khatri and related adventure. And also how Sona stood up against Khatri

Ishwari again not outwardly sad, but internally unhappy that Sona is responsible for her dark secret to come out

Ishwari again tries to break the trust between Dev and Sona. But this time Sona makes it very clear that she is not interested in becoming her bahu again

Sona and Dev by mutual discussion decide to keep their relationship platonic and co parents to Soha

Vicky ad GKB succeed in cheating Dev finally out of his money and throw Dev and Ishwari out of their home.

Sona helps Dev rebuild his business and together they throw Vicky behind bars

Ishwari realizes her mistake and tries to get Dev and Sona married.

Dev refuses saying that he has treated Sona badly in the past and he cannot ask her to marry him again

Eventually Sona proposes to Dev and the serial ends with them marrying again under much happier circumstances.
