by saying anything in favour of dev ..i do not intend to belittle son's efforts be it when she was in IN or after that ...i agree dev has his fair share of mistakes due to which he is standing here right now but dat does not change the fact that he has suffered all alone ...just like love pain n hurt also can neither b measured nor compared ...so i wont say he is more hurt dan sona or not ...
but regarding dev's expectation frm sona ...sona was d only frnd he had whom he talked his heart to ...n accn to him sona knew him in n out ...n frm where he sees sona believed he ll leave her if she cannot be a mother , or slapped her father, or he gave money to belittle bose's economic condition...or he made d prenup ...so all his rant regarding tum mujhe kabhi samajh nhi paayi ...
right now completely my pov ...dev and sona are at a point where dey cannot even think abt reconcilation or a normal talk like two adults ...dey r hurting n dat too badly ..d only way dey know to get this out is thru anger or sarcastic jibes on each other ..n dey r doing dat only

regarding sona coming to his house ...if dev came to know dat sona came ...now sona also knows dat dev dint know anything abt her arrival . .n now dere again is tum nhi samjhogi coz sona thot dev literally can ask her to leave widout even coming to see her and wid d comment ki never return back ...he is d same man who was begging sona to not go in d farmhouse and after 7 yrs attended an award func just to have a look at her ...

To my fellow GM partner 🤗 tell me about the break-less real life, am running almost breathless for past 4 days with 8 hrs of sleep in total and the next two days are not looking good either🥱. Yet to read all posts in prev thread and here but wanted to respond to you that yes that hooded tee with manly cleavage from the segments is creating havoc, now that rain is added don't even ask😆. I may not around as frequently as I used to me with spring break heading fast, so increase the gutterness quotient a bit in my absence, will come and slop whenever time permits 😉

A big hug to all you wonderful people here 🤗..interesting times ahead , so wand your analytical brain to max😉

@Bold - Shaavi - This is precisely where I cant get my head round the story. At the moment, I have been consoling myself with the assumption that Tina was asked to check on them. she did. The Boses were probably managing okay and Dev left it at that. Sonakshi potentially didnt find out she was pregnant for a few weeks until after that fateful night

Because not checking on people and leaving them to fend for themselves is not in line with Dev's character sketch

@Samzz - That sweet vulnerability needs to be unveiled. Both Sonakshi and Dev will need that to happen

Deepa - Madam, aapka hokum sar aankhon per. I'll keep the GM energy going while others do some serious analysis. We need to enjoy the show from every possible angle

This dehleez crossing business is getting serious. Soha chose to get that unsaid approval from her mother.

I find the comment about his emotions very intriguing. Is this Sonakshi's realisation that this fine man is in no control of his emotions when he is angry? Because if it is, this should technically be the turning point of their relationship. Please hand hold your child's father. You are the only hope this dad-daughter duo have. An angry Dev is an unstable Dev. He is totally in control rest of the time.

I just wish Dev got some respect as this child's dad. Tit for tat never works. Having said that, this is Sonakshi building an even higher wall around her swarm of vulnerabilities. Crossing this fortress that this lover is building around her will take Dev forever. She did not even use the prenup his mother had made. She made her own fort. Her own defence against her vulnerabilities. This is not to protect her daughter from anything (Although I have to say, Vicky-mami is a perceived threat and Dev has so far never protected his family against Vicky-mami. Moreover, perhaps Sona is thinking how Dev got emotional and did not see the threat that Aayan was to his sister. Although if Sona was this scared she would not have set foot in Delhi for a very long time. ) Sona's body language was very much "i-am-closing-you-off". This is her putting yet another lick of thick paint on this proverbial faade. Bolting that door one more time. Belts and braces. Dehleez is even harder to cross.

And, there is still no future meetings being planned... Why would they. Sona isn't letting Dev cross that dehleez that easily

It was nice to see that Ronita's suggestion was fruitful. Saurabh was able to protect avoid a bad situation from getting worse thanks to her. She didn't cross that dehleez either

I was flabbergasted to see the way one Bose sister was telling her husband how much Dev loves her child like a father and the other sister was reminding him he isn't a good father only the biological father. Another heart wrenching start to the week

PS: Highlight was Dev calling Bijoy, "baba"

PPS: I take that back. Mami said this is the start of their exodus from IN. I tell you what, it.is.soon.gonna.happen. When mami says something will happen in IN, it happens. That was the highlight of the day. DQ goes off to cook some rabdi.

I'm here with my views about today's episode!

I liked today's episode a lot. It brought a lot of thinks out into the open.

In all this time, today was the first instance where Saurabh spoke to Bijoy this way. We've all seen how he never really took his father seriously during any kind of mockery. But today, he spoke up for Sona. Be it to make them shut up for Ronita or just out of utter frustration of listening to Bijoy speak like this, it doesn't matter. But he said it. And what correct words he spoke. If Ishwari had control over Dev, Bijoy too clearly heavily influenced all of Sona's decisions. And Dada knows that somewhere deep within which is why these words came to the fore today. So not only is he speaking out against his father's wrongs, but is also growing personality wise due to Ronita, who is acting as a catalyst here. I only hope this keeps growing and he for once becomes the one to make Bijoy realise that he also played a significant part in Devakshi's separation.

Moving on.

Dev reffered to bijoy as "baba"

I was gaping at him. He really is one of a kind I tell you. The contrast being how Ishwari is reffered to as Mrs. Dixit by Sona. No no, i am not saying that Sona is wrong. Instead I was ecstatic when she referred to Ishwari as Mrs. Dixit. The woman deserves it. But dev did not have to call Bijoy "baba" Just like Sona doesn't need to call Ishu ma. But he did. And I applaud him for that.

The next interesting thing was how Dev almost got the permission to take Soha to his house but confessed about having met Soha at that point!😆

His honesty just cannot disappear!😆😆

Jokes apart.

What he did was wrong yes. He shouldn't have snuck into her room. But but but, woh toh Dev Dixit hai. Impulsive and ain waqt pe na sochney wala! Pyar ke liye kuch bhi. Toh kuud gaya window se anadar!😆

but Sona wasn't really bothered about the fact that Dev came to meet Soha through the window. It was the fact that Dev came through the window to meet Soha for ishwari is what made her take that agreement ka step.

She has seen ishwari's control over Dev and she was absent these 7 whole years. SO she has no clue that Dev's equation with his mother might have changed drastically kyunki she hasn't seen any situation yet that proves the fact that Dev is indifferent to Ishu. We know that, but Sona doesn't. I feel it is because of that, that she made the agreement. she knows, like she herself confessed, that she is not at all doubtful about dev's love for Soha. But she also knows his impulsive nature. he really cannot control his emotions. So she did what she needed to do as the mother of Soha. She knows she hurt Dev, but Soha is the focus now. For both of them.

So they know they hurt each other, but they keep Soha before themselves. They aren't thinking about each other. And the people around them (read Ishwari and Bijoy) aren't letting them.

So this is why the summer camp is necessary. No external forces. Only them. And that is where the facades slowly come off.

So ultimately both Sona and Dev are wrong.

But they are right too.

And slowly, these situations will start loosening up. the right and wrong will be understood by them. they will go into the depth from the surface.

i loved todays's episode .i just loved it.i cried after watching.had to post post this before some dev bashing mess it up for me(outside of this thread ofcourse!).i loved dev for signing that paper.i loved how elena kept telling vicky how much golu and dev love each other.iam totally 100 percent team dev.shaheer is totally killing it

ps dev still calling bejoy baba

I'm a new fan, posting for the first time, although I've read this thread and all the entries and thoroughly enjoyed them for a long while.

Does anyone have thoughts on the *significance* if any of the absence of the prenup from the current situation, the 'new agreement' being drawn up by Sonakshi and Dev almost signing without reading it as Sona observed and pointed out (his blind and deep faith in both the women he loved most in the past comes to mind...Ishwari got him to sign it to safeguard her family's wealth, Sona, to keep Soha safeguarded from Ishwari's possible plots in future).

I am curious to hear some of your thoughts.
