I am not blaming or badmouthing Ishwari now. But she should be made to realize her mistakes. By mistakes I mean the amount of control she exerts on Dev and his life decisions. It should be done by none other than Dev. If Dev had been calm to Sona after knowing about Soha and not hurt her or made her roam 7 places in search of him, I wouldn't complain about his tolerance to Ishwari today, even after knowing that he missed his daughter's 6 years of life because of his maataji.

Ishwari is concerned and interfering. Bijoy too is the same. But unlike the Dixit upbringing, the Bose clan trust their children and do not intend to keep their children in the dark. They come out clean with the truth and no matter what their advice or opinion is, the decision is left to be made by the concerned person so that there is no blame game in the future.

Seriously do u even read ur analysis .
the other day u wrote sona is bad mother hiding soha from dev today ur saying why she didn't message him
Why u don't write same thing about dev ???
Sona flew with soha to reach out to dev but stopped by guard .
Remember knock knock dev told sona to get out and never looked back .
When sona returns and wanted to set right things his mom didn't .
No matter what u blame sona .
Make up mind u just a hater of sona that's it
Ur silly dev and mother wanted a mother not sona now also they think about soha not sona .
What can say ishwari said she didn't know soha had come otherwise they would have approved the pass to enter wah even dev he forgot what he did and saying he would forgiven what sona did .
What logic when was sona at fault first of all ppl try to forgive her seriously.
What a joke !!!
I came to know ur sona hater I won't even try to explain further

First of all hats off to you for making this post. 👏
In such times its difficult for people to make a even make a pro Dev post n u made a post for Ishwari. Sachi it takes lots of courage to come up with your POV n specially for the most hated character. (Well its a tie bw Dev n Ishwari actually 😕)

Anyways coming to your post, i have always felt that Ishwari was never a conscious manipulator initially but some of her actions, specially post leap had portrayed her one.
If we have to understand Ishwari, we need get into her thinking.

1) She is never wrong about her son and she has full right to protect her son from all the bad things.
2) Sonakshi was never good for Dev. She never fits in her image of ideal bahu. Dev was always one hand down in front of her and Devakshi's love was not strong enough to hold their relationship. She has almost confirmed it in her mind that Sonakshi is the reason for all the miseries of Dev, bcz before her entry everything was fine.
3) It is very important to keep Sonakshi away from Dev, bcz her son cannot be happy with sonakshi around.

Now that's what she did 6 years ago, she prohibited Sonakshi from meeting Dev bcz she thought that once again dev will be hurt. Her response that if she would have known that suhana was with sonakshi then she would have never done that is ABSOLUTELY WRONG.
With or without Sonakshi she should have let her meet Dev or at least informed Dev.

The problem with Ishwari is that she never learns. Just to protect Dev, she lies, take decisions on his behalf and even see him suffering like hell, but still she never learns.
N sometimes i feel, either you have to lash her badly or be careful with her around. Like don't believe her talks, talk directly to the person concerned etc etc. N with Dev i can see that regarding Soha. He is done with Ishwari as far as Sona is concerned bcz he know she will never learn, but with Soha he will be firm.

The underlined point is that SHE NEVER LEARNS. See, i understand Ishwari, but its just that i don't want to empathise with her anymore. Bas. I really hope makers show a proper and gradual redemption of her character bcz she cannot change in one day.

Ps- It feels so good to talk about the second most unpopular character of the show 😲

Can we please at least show some sensitivity towards the "real person". Just bcz TM POV is different from other that doesn't mean that she has declared her analysis "self proclaimed correct". N can we pls stop jumping with guns for a "reel character", specially on the person who is not fictional. 😳

Unbelievable 😲 did you know that how painful to deal with Ish - Dev kind of people in real life? I face that, I am a single mom too my son is 18 years now. I never put my wish on him. I give him sky so he can see the world not put chain his legs so he can act like puppy. Ish give me vision that when my son is someones husband not to interfere in his life.

@LadyLaLa

Some interesting points from you and I am glad you put your views forward with some valid points to back your opinion .

Regarding the first point , serial industry is a business and makers are here to make money and sell their product to the audience. They will definitely be interested in knowing audience pulse and reaction .Had been a novel then I would understand the writer was sharing his story but here story and plots are changed based on TRP , audience reaction .Thats how Indian serial work

From the day 1 of season 2 we always heard Sonakshi say she is scared to lose her daughter to Dev .All of a sudden we see she tried and the reason she kept Soha away was because Dixit family were not interested.Sonething is amiss ...

I completely agree Ishwari should not have taken a decision on Dev's behalf .Thats the reason I said she is a over possessive mother and Dev has enough reasons to be upset with her but blaming her for the entire mess is not right in my opinion .Keeing Soha away from her is not the solution.

Bijoy is an overpossesive father and he had been blamed enough for that in the forum but inspite of all his craziness he has never been completely blamed for the situation.Sonakshi has not restricted Soha from meeting Bijoy because he scares her or he is spying on his daughter.Another reason for me to believe makers are not being fair ...

Why should Sona give Dev another chance ..the reason is very simple she came to inform him about their daughter for her daughter's sake .She was not successful in reaching Dev and moreover she should have done it for Soha .Sona is not doing a favour on Dev by letting know about Soha ..that's the right thing to do as he has equal rights on Soha ...Sonakshi had always emphasized on doing right things in a right way ...just like Dev due to circumstances she did something which was not morally correct ...

He was never perfect nor is Sona n is or Ishwari but that's not relevant here ...two wrongs never make a right ... he should be the one who had the right to know about his daughter yet he was not informed and kept on dark for 6 years ...

If you think I am Sonakshi's hater then don't bother wasting your precious time on responding to my post ..no one is keeping you at gunpoint . As simple as that ..

If you cannot handle different opinion I am pity you because you never have the ability to think logically.Such people are only capable of getting personal because that's the easiest thing to do...

I m laughing my guts for your post. U r defending dev n Ishwari made scapegoat. Right poor Dixit clan , all faults lies with Sonakshi , y she didnot make calls after being unceremoniously dumped n asked to get out. Y because she should have understood his Lau.
I wanted to refrain from ur post cause as I absolutely loath dev n Ishwari but I m amazed u r defending them. I m just trying to understand ur thought process that ur valuing women self respect, her worth and respect she deserves from her partner and inlaws against what she should have done as a mother to her ex husband , ex inlaws about her child after repeated insults n name calling n ultimately shown the door. Pray tell me ur not Ishwari in disguise as ur thought process resonates her.

Such Post are good source of entertainment for me .Keep it coming ...I laugh at those frustrated posts where when they run of points to defend their PoV they get personal...
