for everything there is a time and place. The earlier version of dev was a blind devotee, the devotion was broken on the day prenuptial was out. The layers to reveal the human aspect were still intact. Now one by one they are peeling off. The ugly side of ishwari will surely come out. Have a careful look at today's convo between dev and ishu, shaheer's expression were bang on. He was loathing how his mom is being insensitive to soha's feelings. He was desperate to stop her from trying her antics.
Introspection is surely on the way

rahulvats12 why do you always take it negative? sometimes it makes me wonder, kya yeh humesha zaroori hai ki agar ek pati apne patni aur uski family ko izzat deta hai, iska yeh matlab hai ki woh apne hi ghar waalon se door hota jaaraha hain?when a woman can do justice with both her mayka and sasural why can't we expect the same from men?

pehli ke waqt alag tha, parents were dependent on their daily bread and butter on the kids as they seldom thought of their retirement planning, lekin ab ka zamana alag hai. today the parents hardly have financial dependency on the kids for their later life. so are these kind of feelings still valid?

coming back to your question, are you still in a delusional world that if dev shows his disappointment, ishwari will feel bad or back off? this lady is so obsessed with her right on Dev and his life that she will forever keep interfering. woh is halath mein nahi hain ki use yeh dikahyi deh ki dev ki zingadi ke dor ab uske haath mein lene ki zaroorath nahi hain. Dev ek fully grown up male hain, aur kudh ke decisions lesaktha hain. use decision lene mein madad ki zaroorath nahi hain.

All dev can do it convince sona that she grants him permission to see their daughter, move out of dixit house permanently, try to win the trust of Sona that he can be a good father to Suhana. I am not going to talk about union of devakshi , yeh haq or decision sirf aur sirf sona ka hain .

he needs to establish himself as good parent and be capable enough to protect his daughter from either extreme love or negligence from his family. sona ko protect nahi kar paya, he was never capable of reading in between the lines and always took people at face value, aur to aur jab koi sawaal utha toh he brushed it off. ab yeh brushing off nahi chelega. he needs to answer the concern of soha , and instil faith in her that she need not worry on those lines. actions always speak louder than words, agar uske actions layak honge toh sawaal hi paida nahi hota. as simple as that.

But more than Dev-Ishwari equation i am looking forward to how he is going to further react to Sona after his mom confesses. Will he apologize? Will his rude attitude change? Would they actually end up talking like mature adults with sona talking about suhana and what she went thru during these 7 years? Would they come to a mutual decision that Suhana should meet his family only when she is ready?
So many questions to be answered. Eagerly waiting for the next few episodes.

It is clear that all along Dev did not bother too much about Sona thinking that there is no difference between him and her and they are one...but the sad part is we have never seen him confess this to her. it is here that the CV's badly faltered. They did not sketch his love for Sona properly. They left it to a million assumptions... and it results in camps between Sona and Dev..
Looking at where the serial is currently at, any person will only naturally conclude that Dev never bothered about Sona, her feelings, her pain, her integration into 'his' family... he did nothing, literally nothing for her acceptance and respect in the Dixit house. The question is do the CV's want us to believe that inspite of all that he never did, we are to assume he loves her deeply?

The fact of the matter is people see a show for logic, interest, entertainment and the like... if they do not get it, then what we are seeing or reading in this forum is bound to happen.

As of there is no two things about what one sees in the show today. Senseless behaviour on the part of the male protagonist, and the other sidey characters in the Dixit house.

No real life human being can or will behave like that. One cannot separate child from mother or love and respect.

I will not say anything for iswari.. I know dev will show his disappointment to her and iswari will be hurt by his words but still she will not listen to him and will do..what she wants... We can expect this only from her.

Sona ka baat alag h...soha uski beti h usko pta h kya decision Lena h...see dev ko pta chal gya ki soha shock mein h sach jaan ne ke baad or wo Sabhi ko Bol diya or ishwari ko bhi ki koi bhi soha ko force nhi krega or ab sach jaan NE ke baad ki sonakshi aayi thi 6 saal plhe...tumne dekha hoga segment mein ki dev NE ishwari ko bola ki koi nhi Milega soha SE...jab tak soha khud ready nhi ho...this shows that he is really concerned for his daughter and his safety.. And he will become great father.

And when she couldn't perform the most important function according to them they chucked her out.

AGREED - they love themselves only in addition to khoon.
