Atleast during Elena's kidnap n marriage fiasco...Sona n Bijoy atleast were really angry with Elena initially...but since the marriage had already happened they accepted the relationship. Now they didn't even ask a single thing.

Yes they would never hold her responsible for Vicki's actions...but she never supported her family when they were out on street homeless..or when that 5cr fiasco happened..Elena knew Dixit family is upset with Dev giving Sourav so much money..but she didn't bother to inform Sona n Sourav abt the same. Today's scene was very unrealistic to me...atleast Elena shud hv apologised...told them abt the promise and why she never bothered abt them in last 7yrs.

the Bose family was always a close family, each cared for each other and valued each others point of view. what even elana's reason for breaking ties with them 7 years back they understood and accepted her choice without holding a grudge. they are totally unlike the dixit family who are with each other for selfish reasons. ishwaries insecurities and GKB's and vicks greed. will have them not wanting anything to do with sonakshi and her family.

But Bose family have no clue abt any promise. Wouldn't it be realistic to show that Bose family is hurt that Elena didn't maintain any ties with them for 7yrs when they were going through a tough time inflicted on them by Elena's family.

Somehow i feel they never had any expectations from Elena and they themselves asked her to stay out of Bose vs Dixits. N there is always a difference you know, like if Sona has done something like this Bijoy might have reacted in some other way. Like they easily forgive Vicky- Elena.

N i liked Boses group hug, i was remembering good old days.

One more thing, dynamics have changed now. She will not be treated as secret keeper anymore. Bijoy was quick to hide Soha, he could have asked Elena to not to disclose it to Dixits and make a promise also. But naah he went to hide soha n keep Elena in dark. So difference toh aaya hai.

Even when they easily forgot Elena during her marriage with Vicki was highly unrealistic. But still atleast initially they showed some anger, some disappointment.

Yeah u r right...dynamics have changed for sure. While Bijoy acted on his gut feeling..even Sona wud hav realised something's not right.

But I seriously dislike this character Elena...she is getting everything she wanted without being loyal to either of the families - love from Bose family n luxury from Dixits. But my biggest issue with her is how Golu feels unloved.

I still remember a time when my cousin went against the whole family and married a guy. But when she came back one fine day with her husband and kid to meet us all we just hugged her and got her back. We went back to being complete. She was more important than our ego!

Don't understand your point. It was never about ego...it was about the life partner and family Elena had chosen for herself. Had it been anyone else Bose family wud hv accepted the guy with open arms but this was Vicki n Gkb who never missed a chance to make life difficult for Sona or to insult Bose family, moreover Vicki is the worst guy possible but still Bose fam accepted him finally for Elena's sake.
