I feel Neha and Saurabh's case are slightly different.

Saurabh had a normal childhood. Bijoy does make fun of Saurabh, but clearly he loves him a lot. (Remember how Bijoy reacted when Saurabh's biz partner cheated him). And Asha is also there to take his side when Bijoy is pulling his leg. I felt Saurabh liked annoying Bijoy sometimes and enjoyed the football scoldings, while rest of the family supports him. He himself doesn't take them seriously hence it doesn't affect him. Moreover, Bijoy is genuinely always there to support his either kids whenever they fall.

Neha, on the other hand, did not have a normal childhood. She has deep seated insecurities and inferiority complex related to her self worth. Ishwari verbally tells her, she is her mother and she is always there. But she is not that much emotionally available to Neha, or she would have handled Neha's marriage issues above her own insecurities. Neha relates smallest of things with her complexes and is very easily affected.

I am myself a mother and the way bijoy behaves with saurabh is the way a child should never be brought up. Loving your child is totally different from this. Every child is not tailor made to specifications and will not be the type of person you like. Constantly calling the child useless, fat and idiot is not right even if only in front of family. You can say that the child has become so used to it that he doesn't mind but that doesn't mean his psyche has not been affected.

Do you think parents whose children commit suicide due to parental pressure did not love their children? There is something known as positive and healthy parenting. This I was taught by my son's school teacher when he was in first standard. She told me if you constantly tell your child he is useless, he will become useless. Concentrate on his positives not their negatives.

Okay, I have no idea about parenting. I am not even married. And after reading your comment, I kind of agree with you. Nobody should be called names 24*7, no matter how casually.

My mom also tells me mai kitchen mein humesha raita failake aa jati hu 😆 But I didn't feel it affecting my performance in kitchen. Maybe kabhi kabhi chalta h. Sometimes friends also call gadha or something. So I thought Bijoy bus usey chidane k liye bolta hoga. But now I am not sure anymore. Maybe you are right. 😊

13th Feb 2017 - Monday

What I liked :
1) Golu sleeping with BigCha. Or rather went to sleep in Bigcha's bed. Loved the relationship.
2) Dev- Suhana meeting and my fav dialogue "Socho agar main aisi beti hoti toh?" What a moment. I had tears while Dev-Suhana shared a smile. The thumping on the heart and the V sign is their secret. 😃
3) Saurabh has a girlfriend? Finally!!! I feel so proud of this character. I liked him as a bro to Sonakshi always advising her, even tonight, about being upfront with Dev about Suhana!
4) Ishwari reminiscing about Dev and his desire to be a father. To hold a baby in his arms. Touching!
5) Jatin check-mating Dev. Very smart.

What I didn't like :
1) Bijoy is over excited and interfering again.
2) It's becoming obvious that Sonakshi has confided everything about Dev to Jatin.
3) Ishwari continues to blame Sonakshi. 😲
4) Jatin is interested in Sonakshi and is her business partner. So all this talk about Sonakshi doing well on her own can be thrown down the drain! A gold medallist, never having failed in any business venture invests in Sonakshi's business. A widower who is rich and successful. C'mon, Sonakshi is an easy target here. She is a fool if she didn't see this coming! Marry me, Sonakshi- else ...obligation toh hoga hi!! What a joke!!!
5) Dev snooping and then breaking a laptop? Why on earth...can't he be sorted?

Mamaji's role is most troublesome these days. Unlike what we all thought earlier, mamaji is not someone who shows the mirror to Ishwari. Instead, he is just someone who inspite of knowing it all, encourages her and broods her insecurities.

For both, Ishwari and the Boses, ultimate solution to all the problems is marriage. They think being busy with a new life will help forget the past, in this case it will only worsen the situation.

Today's episode was a little all over the place.

Before I proceed must say this
Shaheer a chemistry with everyone is amazing! Today the scene with soha was so good I felt so bad that he has missed so much of her life.

Is jatin her to prove bijoy wrong. Parents are not always right? Just like ish thought sona was wrong for dev bijoy thinks jatin is right for sona. Ish was wrong then & bijoy is wrong now.

Dev needs to control his temper. Stalking again cvs pls show dev doing something adult & sensible. I am tired of this charachter getting degraded beyond recognition.
