@IfFreak Well in yesterday's particular scene she was decent and her smile was adorable

But In general I have complete opposite POV ..Golu is way ahead with his chemistry with Dev..also his expressions and timining is better then Soha..how endearing his scenes woth Dev are <3

But I also believe may be gradually she will improve and will emote better..and now she will have more scenes with Shaheer so they will develop some chemistry

Yes kids dont like to share their favs..and since Golu loves Dev the most so now sharing him will be difficult and I completely understand that..this insecurity is very normal now its up to Dev how he will handle both the kids

He needs to assure Golu of his love and care will not lessen with Soha's presense in hos life..kids are very mouldable yet sensitive..they just need TLC and they are all yours

Well he is suppoting helping but fishy at the same time..he is understanding mature and has all prime qualities to be a good partner..but his actions are tricky and questionable..yes he was but will he remain same thats my doubt

PS oh Shaheer's smile is so so so so infectious..I havent seen such heart warming beautiful awe worthy smile ever ..gorgeous I can praise his smile endlessly Haha <3

It was significant how her peers' reaction to Soha changed when she opened up about her true feelings. Golu was promptly shushed by his friend when he tried to make a snide remark about her going back where she came from, because the friend was also drawn in to the honest and heartfelt story. The writers are very clearly stressing the importance of opening up and being vulnerable in order to forge relationships. Golu was insensitive to Soha's vulnerability because of his grudge against her, and that caused him to wall himself off, both from hs friend and from his Bigcha.

In the end though, my heart goes out to poor Golu, because it seems that nobody takes his relationship with Dev seriously other than Dev and him. And now? Even his Bigcha seems to be slipping away. I really disliked Ishwari's thought process for that reason. At face value, it seemed perfectly logical -- Dev loves Golu and clearly wanted to be a father himself (that baby-neck comment🥺) so the way to bring him back is to make him a father. But that completely undermines both his relationship with Sona and his relationship with Golu.

Dev didn't confront god because he wanted to have a child so badly; he confronted god because he wanted Ishwari to accept Sona and a child was the (certainly not undesirable) means to an end. And Golu is not some sneak peak into fatherhood for Dev. Their relationship is very real and very meaningful just as it is. This is one of the rare times I do see the show challenging heteronormative standards (with reference to DQ's post) -- Dev doesn't have to take the place of Golu's father to be the primary force in his life, and Golu does not have to be his biological child for them to have a much more meaningful relationship than Golu has with Vicky or Dev has with Soha (so far).

I loved the comments about Dev managing Golu and Soha like he had to manage Sona and Ishwari. Bechara Dev, he can't seem to catch a break even in the next generation!😆

As for Jatin, I am beginning to wonder how much of his potential grey-ness may actually come from Bijoy's over-enthusiasm. What if friend-Jatin, who would have read Sona's clearly platonic signals and backed off gracefully, is being transformed into husband-to-be-Jatin by Bijoy's insistence that they are endgame, if only he tries hard enough and waits long enough? What if Bijoy's enthusiasm is giving him a sense of entitlement over Sona? I have to admit, knowing about Jatin's past and the fact that he is not just some suave bachelor, but a man who has been through a tragedy of his own, lent a lot of gravity to his character. And he has clearly done his research on Dev, and is prepared to bring the romance. What's more, unlike all her sensible relatives and Ritwick, he isn't advising that she do the smart thing and move away from Dev. Instead, he is supporting her in doing things her way, and standing against him. These revelations about his character yesterday made me genuinely worried for Devakshi endgame -- which made me want to smash things as well.😡😆This track may look cliched from the surface... but boy there is a lot to uncover!😕

EDIT: Forgot to add, on the subject of building relationships, the fact that Dev's employee triggered his investigation into Jatin was really noteworthy. Dev would have probably sat in his office and smirked to eternity were it not for his assistant's well-timed question about who Jatin was. He gave Dev the window to ask for the information casually, although both of them clearly knew what was going on.😉

👏 👏 👏 A standing ovation to your post. They give so much clarity and add the much needed understanding of the show. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I also feel that Jatin is not what he looks and if rejected by Sonakshi he might not take it gracefully. Dev's taunt for Sonakshi regarding her missing the rules(regarding the partition wall) has me thinking that there might be some clause in Sona Jatin's partnership contract that she might have overlooked or missed which might hurt her. And Jatin is going to use it against Sonakshi when rejected.

Also I feel Jatin will be a shock and eye opener for Bijoy. Hopefully he will also start his introspection of where he went wrong after that...

Why do I feel Soha will help Sonakshi to embrace her vulnerabilities which is when Dev will back off. Sonakshi has been shutting off from her vulnerabilities for a long time now. She needs to understand and listen to herself too... 😊

After reading the all the wonderful posts related to yesterdays' episode I will summarize the point which I like or which get my attention.

First of I love the dev and soha scan it was the highlight of of the episode. I hope this angle will bring the light in his father's life and get best of the dev.

Now coming to an other point which was the highlight was the behavior of both parents that is Bijoy and Ishu. Yesterday they are exactly like each other. From there point of view there son and daughter

has made and mistake and they want to correct that mistake. But I am having an question for them that in last 7 years when there son and daughter where out of each other's there sight then why this thought come in there mind. Or this thought is there because they both have a fear that may be there son and daughter will go out of there hand. You know want they want to fulfill there wishes and without understanding what there son and daughter want. For Ishu dev is an investment for that investment

she always wants an return and at this moment she once again want the full control on the his son's life or in other words she want his son in front of his eyes by which she can find the way to get him back and her god image and for that he find the way that get dev married for the second time and give him the happiness of becoming father and get him back as as a interest her own wish to become grandmother will also get fulfilled. Good move I must say you have a manipulative and very active brain but some how this brain get activated when sona is in the dev's life.

Bijoy's case is different he is not selfish and manipulative like Ishu but he has already design the life of sona in his mind. and according to his daughter's wish he was ready to accept the changes in that at initially but afterwords because of his fear for sona's future in the dixit house his anger, and out come of its reaction and pride has done the damage and like Ishu he is also sure by choosing dev as life partner sona has destroyed his life so as a father he should correct it by this his one wish to have a Bangoli son in law will be get fulfilled and he is pretty much vocal abut it. Now in this process no one is considering there son and daughter's state and I am very much dis pointed to bose family no one is thinking about the soha. and soha is exactly like dev by not is giving the preference to her wish but her mother's happiness and her family.

And this fear to lose to there son and daughter is going to get increased in following case.(This is my assumption)

Yesterday's Ishu's Dialog gives us the clear hint about "adhikar" which she want on the dev''s child and same thing will be get expected by bijoy to decide what is good for his granddaughter so I can imagine the blockbuster fight seance for "soha sabase jada kisaki he" by bose and dixit family. and suppose our dev babu supports the soha's decision to be with the mother to stop this play before start and stops Ishu with the help of Prenup and at the same time soan will agree to allow dev to meet soha for her happiness then I can only Imagine what will happened. Ishu and bijoy will bend down to make there children to get remarried to other partner in the fear that now soha can be connecting point for dev and sona and they will be together.

Now coming to the golu. I think initially it will be difficult for him to accept the soha but you khow the child is more flexible then the adult so he will accept soha quickly and ready to share his bigcha . It will be a big lesson to Ishu. That is the different story that she is not in the mood to learn any thing same to his big sweet brother whose whole purpose to say yest to all the wrong things done by her sweet kachori. I am not understanding why cv's are toucher us with the help of there brother and sister.

By the way some how I am having a feeling that is ph has decode to give less importance to Ishu in this s2. If yes I will very happy.

Same as what I said above. I am struggling to dislike Jatin. All that you and many others have said makes sense, however, I am still not able to see him having any hidden agenda. Aside from booking the whole restaurant, if I were sona, I wouldn't see anything untoward in this behaviour. I am hoping Sona will call him out tonight and ask him what was the point of booking the whole place.
Also I feel Jatin will be a shock and eye opener for Bijoy. Hopefully he will also start his introspection of where he went wrong after that...
Absolutely. I can see why Bijoy feels the need to 'correct' Sona's life. (Much as I see why Ishwari feels that Dev needs a wife to produce babies who he fathers). I dont however condone or justify that behaviour

Why do I feel Soha will help Sonakshi to embrace her vulnerabilities which is when Dev will back off. Sonakshi has been shutting off from her vulnerabilities for a long time now. She needs to understand and listen to herself too... 😊
