bijoy is way different from ish he isn't obsessed with sona as ish is for dev ...
ishwari always played tricky games with devakshi she was double standard nice when dev is around and different face on sona but bijoy never kept a mask he was hyper but not cunning like that fox ishwari ...
now why can't bijoy think about sona's future why can't he sona has all rights to move on in her life why can't she marry the guy jatin ...

But for me Sona=ishwari after her precap's dailogues. I think ishwari ka shaap is successful. She is insecure abt her daughter. Kahi eo mujse use cheen Na Le. Same dailogue of ishwari, if she was mature enough she atleast disclose soha's truth nd have a mutual agreement with him as many divorcees do like hritik-susan doing nd due to dixits bewakoofi she had benefit of pre-nup. Atleast she wud be honest.

If Ishwari is over possessive, to the extent of freaking controller of Dev's life, Bijoy is being over protective. That does not drop him to Ishwari's level. He does not want his daughter (the apple of his eye) to be hurt YET ANOTHER time by Dixits. And especially now that he's seeing Dev and Sona crossing roads every day, he just wants to rule out that possibility of Dev hurting his daughter again.

Should a father not protect his own daughter after seeing her repeatedly insulted and her feelings being played with? Bottom line is he's seen the consequences of Sona's love for Dev and her decision to be with him. And he's not willing to risk the little happiness and success that his daughter has gained with her efforts by pushing her back with Dev Dick Shit!

Is he right being that overprotective and taking decisions on Sona's behalf? NO.

BUT Bijoy NEVER= Ishwari!!

Yeah I also agree with this post of Tia.

Mr Das even I would like to respectfully disagree totally with your post here.

Dev and Sona could not strike friendship because Dev started to take her for granted.

Also I don't like Bijoy's interference in Sona remarriage plan.

Maybe now Dev will learn how to do a respectful investment... He continued to chant later how he did charity to Saurav on the night of breakup

You have very right to respectfully disagree and agree, as much as I do. Also, I do not have to agree with anyone on my views, isn't it? I have written what my heart told me.

Today, I did not find any difference between Ishwari and Bijoy. If Ishwari was cruel, so is Bijoy. If Ishwari can think of only one person, so does Bijoy. She is silently evil, Bijoy is openly and loudly crass. Whether you agree or not is not the question, I felt Bijoy to be = Ishwari today. And when I try to watch the show as entertainment, I don't over analyse, I just go with the glow and talk of what touches or does not touch my heart.

No, for me, it is about priorities. Soha was shown, multiple times, inquiring about her father... he chose to ignore it. But here comes along Jatin, and the first thing he thinks of is marriage for his daughter! I really don't care if they show a Sona and Jatin relatuinship, but not talking to Soha about her father is terrible.

But this has to be sonas call. Knowing bijoy he will never want soha to be exposed to dev. That's his nature. For him dev will always be the man who hurt his daughter immensely. That is a fact.

Ish on the other hand is delusional. She refuses to see her son is only happy if sona is in his life. She has no facts to support her argument that sona is not right for dev & that she is a home breaker..

I also agree that sona should introduce soha to dev because o think the child need him in her life. Sona has to make that decision & bijoy should not influence it.

You are right in the precap part. That is why she was guilty about the 'Secret' that Dev inadvertently referred to.

I have always loved the Boses, but today for the first time I felt they acted like hypocrites. How can they even think about Sona's remarriage and another man as a father to Soha, when her father is very much alive. I completely understood their reasons to keep Soha away from Dev 7 years ago and I know they also have the prenup as a reason to keep him away, but now when they're in the same city and clashing everyday, how can they just do that. If Sona was so afraid of Dev snatching Soha away from her, she should have stayed away from Dev, instead of taking up half his office space and thinking that she can hide Soha from him forever.
Also when Dev invested in their business, then it did not go down well with Bijoy. Dev wasn't doing any favour on them, but this Jatin guy is so great that he invested his money. And thank god atleast this new guy asked the right question about Dev not knowing about Soha's existence. I honestly hate that we have a third angle again. Let's see what purpose he'll serve in the story. The only thing keeping me excited as of now is Dev and Soha meeting each other. I want to see them bonding and for these Boses to see how great a father he'll be. He might not have been a great husband, but that doesn't mean he won't make a good father. I have a feeling things will get ugly when the revelation will be made. I don't want a custody case angle.

Let's compare Bijoy to Ishwari for once.
Bijoy
1.Overprotectiveness
2.Interfering to an extent. But once he realised that Sona can take care of herself he backed out.
3.Extreme concern as a father.
4.Impulsive at times

Ishwari
1.Clingy
2.Over possesive
3.Parasite
4.Jealous
5.Insecure
6.Dominating
7.Manipulative

I can write an entire Mahabharat on Ishwari.

Leave Bijoy,no normal human being can be like Ishwari because Ishwari herself is abnormal.

Bijoy is against the Dixits for rightful reasons. And he also doesn't wish to see his daughter getting hurt again by falling for Dev.

But that doesn't mean he should start planning for her marriage to someone else.If Sona ever wishes to get married then she can do it for herself. What I didn't like about Bijoy was that he was deciding Sona's future without considering Sona's wishes or Soha.

I have stopped analysing people beyond a point. I have started going by what my heart tells me. Gone are the days when I used to see the episodes in repeat.. and analyse things... these days, it is just once and what my heart sees is what I write. You can differ with me, no problems at all.

I was wondering as to why Bijoy was so obsessed about Sona's future. Does he not have faith in her?

When there is a child at home, priorities change. Elders think a lot about the future of the child and not the adult. To me, Bijoy bothering about Sona's future was no different than Ishwari bothering about Dev's future. Sorry, but that is how I felt
