Today Easwari failed to know her audience or her self. She spoke to Dev the 8 year old she knew and who listened to everything she said as Gods own truth but her audience has changed Dev is no longer the son who listens blindly the separation and Sona's stay in his life, though for a short time has taught him that what Easwari wants is not for his good but her own. It looks like today Dev did give her back..I have not yet watched the episode
If we do not know our audience we cannot sell anything I cannot still sell typewriters to the young crowd or the old for that matter because they have moved to computers so if I still am manufacturing Typewriters I will have a failed business. At a personal level we first need to be sure that the party that we are speaking to are open to our conversations, the conversations is relevant and also how we are approaching the conversation- essentially we have to look at ourselves too .
Here Easwari is still holding on to her old ideas of who Dev is and I am thinking today Dev just spoke back but down the line he will really Rebel and Easwari's tactics may push him more and more towards Sona especially since there is Soha in the mix too. So in essence this tactics of Easwari may have worked on the previous version of Dev but not this time and it may actually backfire on her--which I am hoping it would

Regarding Soha feel sorry for that child not knowing a father when he is right there. I hope Sona takes the right decision regarding this. As far as the new entrant hope he is Good to and for Sona and Soha and maybe this show can have all of them being happy together even Sona and Dev are not .. Maybe that is what the third promo was about.
I watched a movie La La land and the hero and the heroine love each other but decide to go separate they still love each other but the FL moves on to live a happy life for she got a second chance at life and Love . Maybe Soha is the second chance for Dev and the new guy if Sona wants the second chance for her
