Does Dev not remember that he was the one to say to Sonakshi "LEAVE", "stay away from my mother" etc etc. Then, I fail to understand, how can he expect her to stand by him. If she made promises to him so did he to her. Besides didn't this happen twice with her... so did he expect her to keep getting thrown out of his life whenever he and his mom wishes and then come back whenever he asks her to. In other words function according to his whims and fancies.

I really didn't understand how he could say to Golu that Sonakshi didn't fulfill her promises to him... something in the lines of sath janam ka sath. All the promises were broken from her end according to him. Unbelievable!! I really don't know how the CV's would redeem his character.

I think the only replacement to his ego and anger towards her would be guilt, when he comes to know of her struggles and pain to make a living for her family and how when their daughter was born the only way they could celebrate was to distribute sugar, like he did when Nikki was born. How ironical would that be!!

Sonakshi has been shown to be strong from the very beginning which I applaud. In fact one of my favorite scenes from the serial is when she tells Dev that in her fairy tale he is her Prince Charming but in her battle with the dragon she just wants his support as she is quite competent enough to fight her own battles. However her Prince Charming was never there to support her and she had to fight her battles on her own. No matter how strong a girl or let's rephrase that ... no matter how strong a person is, he/she always has a breaking point and hope this time around if Sonakshi reaches her breaking point Dev is there to lend her a hand.

My point is that the CV's have destroyed the character. He was fine human being, a loving son and brother. He keeps harping on the fact that he took one decision for himself but failed but keeps blaming the reason his love for Sonakshi didn't survive was only because of everyone else specially Sonakshi and his mom. But fails to realize that he is equally to be blamed. I hope he realizes that soon enough. The CV's need to understand that they can't make a character like DEv who is so sharp otherwise at his work be so dumb and dense where his love for Sonakshi is concerned.

Dev is blaming Sona because she had promised that, even if Dev leaves her she will not leave him.
So he his always angry on SONA. Dev always thought that Sona will understand him.

Dev knows he is at fault he blamed his mother because she had prepared the prenup even before marriage so he says his mother always knew she was never going to accept Sonakshi

Dev blames Sonakshi because she was always the stronger one between the two their love had no fault it was family that always made both to sacrifice their time and please family he thought Sonakshi will stand by his side no matter what happens
