De Ja Vu

The term deja vu is French and means, literally, "already seen." Those who have experienced the feeling describe it as an overwhelming sense of familiarity with something that shouldn't be familiar at all.

Dislike :

Season 1 - Started with both Dev and Sona disliking each other.
Season 2 - Started with both Dev and Sona almost hating each other.


Fight :

Season 1 - Dev and Sona used to fight every single day in the beginning.
Season 2 - Dev and Sona still fight every single day .. but it is much more nasty and ugly.


Caring/Understanding :

Season 1 - Dev and Sona's fights slowly turned to understanding and caring.
Season 2 - Will Dev and Sona's fights turn to understanding and caring after all these ugly fights ???


Friendship :

Season 1 - Dev and Sona first fought .. then caring .. then friendship. Dev always used to refer to Sona as friend more number of times than vice versa.
Season 2 - Will their fights lead to caring .. and then friendship ???


Love :

Season 1 : Fighting .. Caring .. Friendship .. and then realizing that they love each other.
Season 2 : Will all these fighting be followed by caring, friendship and then realizing that they still love each other???? Or will they just decide like mature adults that they are not meant to be together .. and just be friends for their daughters sake and share the custody ?


Realization :

Season 1 : The process of realizing love was slow, gradual and beautiful.
Season 2 : Will the cvs show everything gradually and show proper growth in each and every character .. or will they quickly unite Dev and Sona without any redemption and end the show ????


Neha :

Season 1 : She married a guy who had no money but only love and a lovely family to offer. She used to unhappy about being uneducated with no career.
Season 2 : She seems to have married a navy guy in USA who returns from shift once in 4 months .. Is she rich without any love ?? Will she finally have a career of her own ???

i think, like what Tia said, a lot of things will be done in reverse mode. here are some examples.. . just probabilities..

1. Dev taking care of either Asha or Bijoy at some point in time, just like How Sona took care of Ishwari.

2. Dev getting insulted more by Bijoy just like how Sona was insulted by Ishwari.

3. Some new relatives of Sona may pop in from somewhere to create misunderstandings between Sona and Dev.

4. through Soha's life, they may show some instances of Dev's childhood, flashback..

5.I wonder if they will ever close some of the earlier loops like Khatri.. Very likely not.

As usual a great post Sabita. There are few things which I felt is going onto repeat mode now.


Halwa - A weapon created by Ishwari to stick Dev with past against his wish. Earlier also Dev loved only the food, but Ishu thought Dev loved the time tied with the food. This is why even today Dev is having the halwa/food cooked by Ishu, but does not give any vibe to Ishu anymore to think that he loved the time and emotion attached to it. A food, in its true sense, has become only a food for Dev 👏 . And acc. to me, that is how it should be.


Single motherhood - Ishu created a weapon for herself, a toy, a remote control car. Now the Antenna is broken 🥳 . Sona focussed on growing Soha up a human being, a separate entity, someone who will eventually find her own identity, and Sona will play instrumental in finding so. Like Sona is proud of Asha and Bijoy, but has her own mind, preference, emotiom, Soha will have it too, unlike Dev who grew up being the shadow of Ishu.


Accident - The previous accident made Sona realize that she loves Dev. However, in this case, Dev already knows it and wants to deny it. This would make it harder for him to deny his love for her, her goodness. On the other hand, this will make an impact on Sona, her belief system might shake that Dev doesnt mean anything to her. Unlike Dev, Sona introspects periodically. She will sit with herself to find out about her emotions and will act likewise, may be would speed up the process of Soha meeting Dev ?

Very nice and interesting post. Very curious to see how cvs plan in making sona go back to dev after so many insults to her. For me it is very difficult to digest at this point of time to even think of sona and dev getting back together. season 1 she has fallen for him with all his flaws so I guess it will continue the same even though there seems to be things going in reverse order, after all he is mighty Dev dixit.😉
