Thank you. Yes, she is in recovery now.

Yep. Now Dev stares at Sonakshi creepily and locks her in the office. Stalker got a promotion to harassment. Now if Dev doesn't improve his post-break up game after every break up, then that is bad quality control, no? Stalker hain to kya hua? Uska performance upgrade to hona chahiye naa... Sometimes he throws girls out of the hotel room in the middle of the night, sometimes he locks girls in the room at late night.

Kuch Rang Harassment Ke Aise Bhi...

I know, right? He never means to keep any of his words or promises. But people keep expecting him to keep them. How unfair!!!

By the way, what was the need then to have any conversation with Bijoy to start with? I mean us ne kya ukhad liya phone chinke? Honestly, everytime he opens his mouth, only garbage comes out. These kind of people should just keep their mouth shut. Why pollute by using excess oxygen?

*SNORT* tell me about it. I remember in Satyameva Jayate, in the domestic abuse episode a guy was asked if he ever raised a hand on his wife. He said, "Kabhi kabhi pyaar se thappad maara hain."

That's the mentality. If you raise your hands on your wife and claim that, "I beat you because I Lau you", then forgiveness is guaranteed.

So sad that no wife loves their husbands the way these husbands "Lau" their wives.

😕 I know I had seen that episode.

In the same episode, there was an incident where the wife said the husband used to slap her every night. And one day she slapped him back, from next day onwards till that date, he never got the courage to slap her again.

True. Isn't that the sign of bullies though? What they can dish out, they don't have the guts to face. Actually all bullies are coward.

Nice post Tia. Happy Birthday and wishing your MIL a speedy recovery.

Even though I have not seen any of the episodes this week, from the comments I can see that the episode aired yesterday was the pits. I don't have the time to view TV during week days due to studies but try to catch up over the weekends. However, today I could not resist but comment on your post.

Well what can you expect from a guy who agreed to marry a girl even though he was not in love with her. I forget her name. He agreed to marry her to advance his business. Perhaps, Dev thinks all those who succeed in their businesses take the short cut like him.

Even though I have not seen the episode, I am disappointed with the character called Dev. Today he has fallen from grace. I hope CVs don't re-unite this lead characters because the abuses and insults hurled will take a lifetime to heal.

Thank you. I agree with you. I never had much expectations from this character. I always thought him as a wimpy, selfish guy. But in season 2, he is selfish and abusive guy. I can't decide which one is worse.

I think you are talking about Natasha. The girl is probably thanking God every day for her narrow escape. I mean whoever enters Dixit black hole, loses any sense of decency. I feel sorry for poor Golu. What a crappy environment he is being raised in.

On the other hand, Soha got Bose upbringing in her formative years. No one can take that independence, confidence and sense of fairness from her anymore.

I am actually glad that Sonakshi gave Bose upbringing to Soha when she was young. Otherwise, God knows what Dixits would have turned her into.

Look at Ishwari's kids and how they turned out.

I used to watch this show back then where the female lead din confirm to the male lead's conservative standards. And she was an 'orphan'. So the male lead remarked that she deserves it and its not surprising she doesn't have parents. Its good she doesn't have a family. Then I saw this other one where the male lead was jealous and couldn't stand the fact that the female lead was in love with someone else (from his perspective though in reality, she was in love with him). So he asked her why she is so shameless and how many men does she require to satisfy herself. And then there is Sadda Haq (our very own PH's show) where the male lead not once but twice kissed the female lead in a fit of rage and forced himself on her cos he was angry. One of it was during her engagement with another guy. Then there is Veera (again our awesome PH's show) where stalking was glorified and the guy was a moron of the first order. So yeah, am not really surprised with what they are making the characters in this show do. I was surprised when this show had a normal story when it started (which is why I liked it) cos it was so unlike Durjoy Dutta and Beyond Dreams. So yeah, thank you for restoring my faith in you and Indian TV 😆

Agree with you. And that's why I had said before that any form of media has responsibilities to society to never justify wrong and/or criminal activity by glorifying it. If you show a wrong doing, you will have to show punishment and consequences. But I still have not seen a show that does it. The moment hero do it, all consideration for the victim goes out of the window. And then we open newspaper and get shocked to read that top Govt people and other women and men are making sexist comments. Hypocrisy much? 👏
