Dev Dixit - Very honestly, I am appalled to see a ML THIS cheap and petty in a television show. I rarely invest my time on Indian shows, however, the actors, promos everything was misleading. But, THIS ? I know the whole debatable argument of whether he just is pretending or has really become a casanova. But, him 'pretending' this is also NOT FUNNY. Objectifying woman to fulfill his personal agenda is NOT FUNNY. And I am actually shocked to see people taking it easy that he is really not casanova, he is doing it to make Sona jealous. What kind of a thought is this to make your ex-wife 'jealous(?)' in THIS way? Does the makers even REALIZE to WHAT LEVEL of cheapness is this?
The award fiasco, one of the pettiest action I have seen in Indian Television. What was that ? Is Dev Dixit going to a point of lowness from where there is no return ? Well to be honest, he was already there ! Earlier he failed to protect Sona's honour in front of his family, today he himself took initiative to malign her profile. Could he go any lower than this ?
- Itni jaldi kya hain? Picture abhi baki hain mere dost. Girna to abhi shuru hua hain. Aage aage dekho hota hain kya. Oh by the way, one thing came into my mind. Won't Soha ask Sona where is her trophy? Even if Sonakshi doesn't tell the truth, this news will be in every media and internet. A six years old knows how to use Google and YouTube. She will find out her father's real face before meeting her father face to face. I will see whom Dev blame when his daughter asks him for answers.
The flashback - Wow. So Mr.Dev Dixit conveniently blames everything to Sona and Maa and cries victim. Oh the genes are talking ! He says he blurted out nothing but the truth to Sona, still she left ! Along with the truth, he also blurted out some pile of shit to Sona, terming her as gold-digger, terming her incapable of paying back the loan, terming her as a bad mother. And then Sona left. So sad. Sona should have understood Dev's real emotion, should have not lost her sanity to see her whole family out in the street at night, instead should have sat down and decode WHICH of his words were true, and which ones were out of his 'hurt'. Dev, while drunk, always have spoken his heart, be it on the engagement night, or in office. But this time Dev was 'hurt' so what he said is to be ignored. Bad Sona.
Can I just say that he has become a monster who can do nothing but harming everyone's life. A man who doesn't have an iota of respect for women, a man who uses his sexuality to gain what he wants, a man who is SO petty to even acknowledge the hard work of another individual - cannot make a good father. I am now glad Sona didn't inform Dev about Soha. Dev hasn't changed a BIT. I can call him the worst kind of human being on earth. I cannot see ANY positive thing in him now.
- Yep. There's no scope for redemption. Redemption is for people who realises his mistakes. But Dev never realised his own mistakes. So what redemption? He is a lost cause.
Sonakshi Bose - She annoyed me like HELL today. Previously in her marriage also, she was the one to give Dixits the opportunity to play her, today also she has given Dev the license to play her. 🥱 What can I say, Sona the mother is awesome, but Sona the 'lau-girl' is still the same, putting her foot in her mouth 🥱. Not so much with the brain.
- Sonakshi is all heart. She might have toughened up from outside. But her inside is still soft. She just can't help but respond. I mean why not think of him like a pest and ignore him? But no, she had to show off. Now see what he did? You know they say that, if you are dealing with a pig, don't fall to their level. They belong in the dirt, so will also make you dirty like them. Nothing will punish Dev more than Sonakshi's indifference. Because anger and disgust are still emotions. Indifference is a vaccum which means you just don't care.----------------------
I was all ok with Dev's blaming Sona (although that doesnt make him any less than a hypocrite and self-absorbed) but him trying to trouble Sona AGAIN is really blood-boiling. I can SO imagine Bijoy's reaction, Asha is a fabulous mother again 👏. Reality is full of such cheap troublesome men (I can recall Raja Chaudhury, Shweta Tiwari's husband) who suffocates a woman to death when around. I hope Sona, with her stature now, is able to block Dev from coming near her (Just like Shweta Tiwari in reality 😆). Some people aint just good. We have to accept that and move on. Dev's disrespect towards woman as a whole, his nature of showing respect to deserving people, - those 1/2 qualities he had is now gone. What to look forward to ?
- Look forward to Bose family including Sona and Soha bonding. That's what I like to watch. They are delightful.
