Throwback Thursday eh! Kuch nahi badlaI'll breakdown the episode in 4 main parts
FLASHBACK- that was the dev of 7 years aka less than a week ago. You guys didn't forget him already did you? Now I am not defending him. I am not saying he was right in what he said. I am however trying to look at things from his perspective. Today the makers did a fabulous job of reminding us about the episode a week ago by breaking it down from Dev and Sonakshi's point of view. Dev was and is so complicated. He loved the sonakshi who thinks of everyone. But wants all of her to himself. He usually didn't speak her love language and she usually didn't speak his. Sonakshi didn't need to get involved in neha, vicky, vrats and poojas. She kept doing this and what happened? She ran herself dry. She had nothing more left in her because she was spending her energy doing things that matter to her but not so much to him. And when slapgate happened, she became a Bose. Dev kept calling her. Dev could not understand why she kept him out of money matters when that's his forte and he was so clear to her that it's an investment. He failed to understand why she made it personal just like everyone else. Then he says hurtful things in anger. She walks out and again he can't figure out why she won't come back to him when he clearly said he picked her over his mother. There were more respectful simpler ways of solving that problem. But Dev complicated it and sonakshi walked out on the marriage. His outburst to Ishwari and now his relationship with her tells me he is sorted where all relations are concerned. The only thing he now needs to face is his love, his ex wife. And he faced her today
AWARD - sonakshi forgot a lesson her date gave her once. The date's name was Dr ritwick sen. He had told her not to rise to Dev's antics. I wish she didn't drag all this on stage. Dev walks off with the trophy. Like some of you pointed, soha is sona's biggest trophy. Will he one day walk away with soha too? Especially if Sonakshi will be too kind and give credit to her mother in law for setting up her honeymoon and her then husband for giving her a honeymoon baby? Careful sonakshi.
ISHWARI - Same old same old. She hasn't changed
PRECAP - firstly it's a precap. Secondly , dev is currently a free man. Why would it be inappropriate to spend some time with another consenting adult?
