She may pack her things and leave..we will have to wait and see. But that is my guess.

Also since sona leaves the house ishwari will probably think that she might ask for divorce thinking she can get 50% of the property..and to force sona to come back and go thru the treatments- she may send her the copy of the prenup which would have already been signed by both dev and sona ..and tell her that she wont get a penny if she leaves dev due to prenup and she better get back and go thru treatments and this will probably make sona to send the divorce notice to dev..

Well I was also thinking the same but they have crossed the infertility track coz even a child will not solve any problem and considering we have 3 leads in the show the main insecurity track will never be touched and it will become all about the baby 😕 well according to me Prenup papers will come in play and Dev will loose everything and Sona won't agree to come back so Dev will do everything to convince her back and in the mean Ishwari's and Dev retaliation will be gone for toss
