Presenting my take on spoilers. As CV had shown and made Dev utter lines like he will always b with Sona irrespective of her wish and that she just had to deal with the fact. And like make out, he at first in fit of rage hits Bijoy , when he realizes his blunder ask for forgiveness. When he dosenot get that he fights and when nothing works he uses all his force like in make out the forced kiss to silence Sona. Here this week that whole thing will pan out, him asking sorry, fight and finally using his wealth and social standing to compel Sona to come back to his house. So Sona could lose job, house ,Bijoy breakdown and broken Sona will b forced to come back like Sona forced to work for him fiasco.
This is nothing to do with baby or Ishwari. It's just Dev weird and sickening sadist way of Dev to make Sona realize that he cares for her . Like the post sex finger biting dialogue he did say he bit her finger to make her feel the pain her actions were giving him. So the journey of Sona back to Dev it house will b painful for her .
Pregnancy or fertility treatment might figure later but will most definitely not b the reason for Sona return in Dixit house. It will not b patch up . May b baby will b the reason for patch ups.
Please not defending Dev action , I am just putting forth my assumption.
