I totally agree with you , Sona has a right to know her medical condition. There is no second opinion about it. Yes Dev needs to be questioned had he went ahead with her treatment without Sona's consent . Getting married was what both of them wanted at that stage of their life based on the mutual love, and sona's infertility should not play any role in this decision.To me i feel she has no choice whether she wants to have kids or not ( unlike neha). Her medical conditions leaves her at disadvantage , on the other hand Dev had an option as in bend to societal pressures of becoming a father or get married to the love of his life and he made his choice. What now needs to be seen is will Dev live with his choice or again succumb to his mother and decide to leave sona due to Ishwari's emotional blackmail.Your are right no matter what both Dev and Sona say Ishwari will always blame Sona for this entire fiasco.For me personally the relationship between Sona and Dev is not based on lies, but surely the relationship between sona and Ishwari is based on lie, therefore it will NEVER last.
For me love,trust n respect is the base of relation.Dev think Sona will back off from marriage.So I will hide the truth.If he had trust in his love.He could have shared the truth to Sona before marriage.For me Dev hiding the truth before marriage is big wrong.He cannot decided what is good for others n Sona.Sona has all right to decide what is good for her.Sona not conceiving or not is main matter.Also it's not wrong in getting married.Trust n saying truth is main matter.Once you r engaged to be Husband N Wife.You should share the most imp truth to each other n decide as one.One cannot take decision for others.Here he took decision on Sona's behalf also.Whatever may the intention.It is wrong on Dev to hide the truth to Sona before marriage.Now it has backfired n Sona is at receiving end.Lets see how Dev convince his mom.That he hided the truth n not Sona. This lie has not done any good to him n also to Sona.That's why saying truth is imp.I want Dev to say the truth reg how he planned to treat Sona without her knowledge.
That's Dev problem.He always find temporary solution n not permanent.He will see how is temporary solution back fires.Once again he will find himself in situation to choose who mom or wife.
Sona has still choice if she wants to have kid.There r many option.But wanting to have baby as to be her desire to want a baby n embrace motherhood n not to please Ish.
Take example of Tushar Kapoor he had kid via surrogate mother.He is not married.Sushmita Sen is a single mom of Two daughter.She adopted them.Even Sona can do the same.If she wants she can adopt kid .Dev N Sona can go for surrogacy also.If they want to become parents n not to make Ish happy.
