I just had to make one more post on the hug. I LOVED the camera work in that scene, the bottom and the top camera shots just added layers to the scene.. the camera team have redeemed themselves today in my eyes 👏
PS: For all those who only read written updates and write strong comments on the show, please do the actors a favor by atleast watching some scenes before doing so.. I have read the written updates and they are a mere script vs. what is being shown in the show. I have had my frustrations with this show wherein I have run through some episodes without much interest but written updates have never done justice to the actual playing out of the scene. I dont mean to offend anyone, but I do think there is a reason why we watch a show vs. read a book and that is for the actors 😃

The hug was beautifully captured. Loved it.
And i agree with the WU part. One cannot relate with the characters or understand the flow of the show by only reading WU. They don't give the full picture. Like people are constantly saying that whatever Dev did was only for his Ma. But if you watch the epi then only one can understand that he mentioned both his wife and ma in his monologues and sometimes his wife alone also.

So true..I just realised that written updates do not give the full dialogues of the show.. it was very evident in the scenes yesterday that Dev's concern for Sona was way greater than his mother.. Sona was concerned about Ishwari and her reaction far more than Dev was.. this is not something that comes out from a written update..

Well said dear👏👏...the things what u feel can't be expressed wholly in words...One can only recognise Sharica's brilliant acting by watching the show...
Cvs have done a mind-blowing job with their execution of the whole sequence , the camera angles as u said, the bg music , Sharica's dialogues and expressions , the whole atmosphere -this was all in perfect sync and it proved to be worth -watching...👏👏
Thanku 4 such a good post...I've seen vry few posts on appreciating cvs and this is probably one of the bests of them😊😊

I watch this show for Shaheer and Erica. And like you said, it would be absolute injustice to the actors to be judged solely on the script.

The script has let us down repeatedly but the actors...Shaheer and Erica deserve a thunderous standing ovation for the hug scene. painfully beautiful and brilliance at its peak 👏 👏 👏

And you are right about the camera angles today. They were perfect. I remember being extremely disappointed with the camera angles during the Dev ki Diwangi maha episode (Sona Ritwik engagament). Today, They redeemed themselves.
