1. Neha - About Neha I wrote in my post that Neha had hard times coming to terms with the fact that she will always come after her brother. She finally came to terms with it. Her reason for hating Sonakshi is two facts - a. She perceives Sonakshi having everything she wanted i.e. a rich husband who loves her and b. She thought that she will come after Dev in Ishwari's concern. And that was the case until Ishwari thought Sona was pregnant. She doesn't want to come after Sona in Ishwari's concern which was proved by her statement today.
That's why I was saying that Neha needed her own identity instead of Dev and Ishwari's aid in divorce and Ishwari needed to fulfill her promise and give Neha the attention she promised when she assured Neha that she can stay there based on which Neha gave up on her marriage. Now she thinks that she lost both her own husband and didn't even gain her mother's love and attention.
2. Riya - I have a feeling Riya will make a mistake. I said when Dev went against Ishwari and Sonakshi and advocated Ayan that he should tell Riya his reality. Riya is a sensitive girl who is being told one thing by one person and another by someone else. My worry is that she might end up eloping like Elena because she is not sure that Sonakshi had solid proof against Ayan. But Dev had solid proof. So he should tell Riya that Ayan attacked him like he was going to tell the police. But he has typical God like complex who thinks he doesn't have to explain or share anything. Everyone will follow his command like a sheep. I have a feeling this ambiguity is going to cost him Riya.
3. Ishwari - While her concern and care are lovely to watch but her obsessiveness with one person at the cost of others are troublesome. When she is focused on Dev, she can't see anyone else. Now she is focused on Sonakshi. A mother with more than one child (even one with one child) needs to share her focus with other children/relationships. Obsession is not good for anyone.
4. Dev - I said since the beginning of the lie that Dev is digging a whole that he would only end up buring his relationships. Lies never create stable relationship. Today Sona found out the truth and Dev tried to stop her. If Sonakshi stops today being "understanding", then she might as well be an accomplish in deceiving everyone from the beginning because whether she hides it for a day, for a week or a month will become irrelevant at that point. If Ishwari asks, "Did you know?" She won't be able to say, "No." And unlike Dev, she is not a good lier.
I kept repeating some home truths for all the unmarried people out there. Here's the concise version again.
1. When a husband ties his happiness, honour, dignity and respect that of his wife, even a mother-in-law like Radha can't insult her daughter-in-law because no mother wants to insult and humiliate her own son.
2. Lies, for whatever reason, between a husband and wife is corrosive to relationship specially lies that concern them. Telling the truth and being a rock solid support for each other is sign of a much healthier relationship. If one can't speak the truth to their loved ones, is it a genuine relationship? Honesty might hurt, but it never breaks heart and trust on each other unlike lies.
3. If love comes with condition attached, that love can disappear when the conditions are no longer valid. People love two ways - a. They love a person for who they are with all their flaws and b. They love what someone can do for them or what they can provide. The first one sustains through tough times and stands the test of time, the later disappears when the need gets fulfilled and/or no longer met.
We will have to see if Ishwari's love for Sona was the former or later.
Hope you had a great Christmas!!! Happy Boxing Day!!!
