The Kharghosh story narrated in today's episode has a much deeper meaning than it being a random folklore narrated conversationally over dinner.

Kharghosh and Lohaar personify Sona and Ishwari. Following the pregnancy debacle (probably in the form of a miscarriage), Sona's standing in Dixit household will be equivalent of a toothless rabbit as Ishwari will go to all lengths to put down Sona (basically she will be the one who takes away Sona's biting power/ independent personality/ confident self).

In the story, Kharghosh simply goes back and asks for Gajar halwa (trying to find the positive in the bad situation). That means, Sona will try to justify/understand Ishwari's terrible behaviours as her disappointment over Sona's inability to make her a dadi and in Sona's mind Ishwari's bad behaviour is Sona's fault. Sona will probably even submit to Ishwari's idea for her to divorce Dev). Sona will think, she deserves the punishment for her bodily flaw. Humans do this; they blame themselves for their failures even if that failure was not really their fault and had no control over the situation (especially in the immediate phase after a tragic event).

In all this enters Dev...who says he doesn't like the Lohar for breaking Kharghosh's teeth. And if we go by that, it means, Dev will be the one who will not like Ishwari's behaviour with Sona, after truth about Sona's inhospitable uterus is revealed. Dev loves Sona for what she is. An independent outspoken woman who stands by her convictions. And if Ishwari breaks that Sona, Dev will hate it and will have major issues with Ishwari.

When Ishwari's behaviour leads to seperation/probably divorce drama too for the prenup was meant for this purpose, the crux of the plot will move to Dev's showdown with Ishwari over Sona.

The above perceptions of mine were based on the analogy and symbolisms given in the form of the Kharghosh fable; And the dialogue writers of this show have in the past constantly foreshadowed the plot.

Lets see if I am proven right or wrong.

I am not certain about the outcome of this track but what I can say with certainty is that, it is going to be one painful period for KRPKAB fans. But then break up track was also painful yet it is one of my favourite tracks to rewatch (despite it being painful even today). Brilliant acting chops displayed in that track and hopefully, we will see acting skills coming to the fore through this track too.

Wowww...take a bow...this analogy is beyond my comprehension but very convincingly explained...I think Dev's dialogue reinforces your analogy...my only wish is this time sona is pregnant undergoes a miscarriage and the medical truth is revealed rather than Dev blurts it out to his family

take a bow...perfectly summarized :)
I think so...

and yes finally Dev wont like the lohar ...that is how he will come to know about Ishwari's insecurities and haye for Sona...
But Dev here will support Sonakshi...for sure ,not Ishwari this time.

Guess what...
U have penned my thoughts dear...
The same thing is still running in my mind with the same analogy...
I came here to make a post with the same summary n I got urs...
N this may surely happen I too guess ...

As our cv's always hint us abt the upcoming...
N so this story by saurabh dada was for that only...
N even cake fed to Dev only by Sona, Ishwari n Bijoy is a sign that these r going to b included to play a major role..
N Dev is going to have a shock of his live ...

Great analogy! Now I figured why that story was told.

I only hope sona does not feel less about herself. I would really hate that. I still doubt if separation will happen as we have already seen that dev cannot stay without her even for a day.

Anyway whichever way the story goes I'm just waiting to shaheer act out his part. He truly amazes me with the way he brings out different emotions.

Nice catch about CVs foreshadowing the coming up track.
Yes, by current behavior of sona also it looks like she will do anything to please Ishwari.. so, sona may go by guilt trip once she come to know her health condition and may initiate separation or even divorce , which I never wanted to happen. But seems like CVs are going by this way.

About, Sona thinking that Ishawari's changed behavior towards her after the truth and feeling guilt of herself, is no correct right, coz Ishawari's had this insecurity problem even before Sona entered their lives. So, if Sona felt that Ishawari is bad due to her is not done.. its something like diagnosing the problem wrongly..
