You have made good points. But here's my two cents worth.
1. Bijoy adores his daughters and constantly teases his son. But he never used his son to manipulate his daughter or vice versa. Ishwari used Neha not going to honeymoon to manipulate Dev and Sona not going to theirs, yet is arranging Riya's wedding when Neha's marriage is breaking up.
2. Bijoy Bose never called Sona Daddy's girl nor imposed his decisions on her. A man is not Mamma's boy if he loves his mother or his mother loves her son. But when the mom commands and the man jumps without asking how high and doesn't give a crap who he hurt in the process (Example: Break up and recently aunty drama), then he is indeed a Mamma's boy or puppet. An adult human being knows how to use their own brain.

3. I don't know about others, but I at least criticised Sonakshi for not wearing the lehenga Ishwari gave her at her wedding. There was multiple posts on it as I recall. So she was criticised for it.
4. Sonakshi was told by Dev that Non-veg can be at the wedding and he will convince Ishwari. Should Sona claim she knows Ishwari better than her own son and read their mind? If I tell someone something about my mother, will they believe me or pretend to know my mother better than I? I guess knowing his tendencies to lie, she should just never believe him but what to do? Love is stupid.
5. Bijoy Bose sent them outside his house. Dev and Sona have spent many late nights just outside Sonakshi's house drinking tea, dancing in the rain or chatting. What made Sona decide to take a walk at 2 a.m. I don't know. But I did criticise her for it. But one thing no one can claim that Bijoy Bose didn't even ask about his son-in-law while celebrating his daughter's birthday and cutting cake with her with his family. Ishwari did.
6. Bijoy Bose never taught his son or daughter cooking. But they did household chores. Sona put her bed and clothes away herself and there was no indication that Asha was running after Saurabh doing those chores for him. They may not have done cooking, but they were not as useless as unable to figure out how to fold a square piece of handkerchief. Sona didn't ask Dev to do vaccuming or dusting. She asked him to fold his own clothes (not hers) and put them away to his own wardrobe so that Ishwari doesn't keep peeking into their personal wardrobe which they both share which you have to admit is very creepy for a mother to do in a married couple's room. Even for this little thing, Dev had to lie and go behind her back running to his Mummy. Mamma's boy? You bet.
She never asked Dev to cook or do any heavy activity that his manly muscle can't handle.
7. Regarding wedding custom, yes, Bose family followed their custom. But that's what he said before the wedding that the wedding will happen in Bengali ritual. Dixits should have insisted to have the wedding with both customs and not just one.
But then Ishwari was desperate to get this marriage done so that she can get her Goddess status back. But the moment the wedding was over, after the fish fiasco, she sent all of Bijoy's gift to his daughter and son-in-law back without once asking Sonakshi or Dev even though the fish tray never touched them. Yet, kept the dining table and ate on it where the fish tray was put. So the true colours came out soon enough.
8. Regarding Neha, Sonakshi should have stayed out and she was. She didn't interfere until Ishwari used Neha to interfere in her life and disrupt her plans. If they wanted Sonakshi to stay out, then they can't use Neha's problem conveniently appear or disappear to suit their own agenda.
9. Regarding Saurabh's business, Sona kept it a secret at Saurabh's request. True. But she didn't lie. Dev has shown as much interest in Sona's family since marriage (beyond sending Diwali gift or when he needs to get Sonakshi back) as I don't know, the price of onion.
Now let's see how many times Dev picked up a phone and called Saurabh or Elena to see how they are doing. Ummm... Never. Sona constantly keeps asking about and keeps seeing his family's problem right in front of her eyes whether she wants to know about them or see them or not. But Dev never asks about them assuming since they are not making an issue about it like his family, they are fine. To be treated like family and for people to approach you, you have to behave like a family first. But Dev has proven with his recent aunty act that he is not family.
Family nibhane se banti hain warna door ke rishtedar ko bhi log family kehte hain, lekin apna problem share nehin karte.
10. People keep forgetting because she is such an unassuming person, but Dida is a single mother too and Asha and Bijoy lives with her. Ishwari's rightful comparison should be with her, not with Asha.
Ishwari has daughters. Dadi has an only son. But yet she opened her heart to her daughter-in-law and never treated her like an outsider or enemy. If she had, Asha won't be so comfortable with her today.
11. And finally the most important one as to why Ishwari's all issues seem bigger than Bijoy's. Dev and Sona live with Ishwari and not Bijoy.
I have no doubt had they lived with Bijoy, they'd have the same issues, may be more.
But since they have to live with Ishwari, her problems are more evident.
So the solution is that Dev should buy a house across the street from his and live there with Sonakshi so that both Bijoy and Ishwari's problem are seen in small doses.
