I am a doctor. Sponge bath with normal water.
Tab. Calpol/ crocin/ dolo immediately.
If temp is 104 - treat in a hospital.
Why quarrel at home ?

Thank You that is exactly what I did and was told to do when my son had high temperature.

I'm a pharmacist but I know if temperature goes high its better to give bath to patient . many good hospital Dr. do this.

ok. but one more question ice-cream can cause 104 fever immediately within an hour ? Or it could be something else also na ?
