I really dont want Sona to be showing much enthusiasm she should just be present...and after cutting the cake she should not be anywhere close to him so that he can feed her the cake...he should get to feed everyone except her and just before he reaches her, she should go to the kitchen on the pretext of getting something or act as if she is getting a call from the hospital...
