i hope the makers know wat they r doing...i hope they r not forgetting that dev is supposed to be the protagonist of this show and not the antagonist...the deep abyss into which they hv dropped dev i hope they hv the ladder intact which will pull him up...
ishwari is a character i feel doesnt even deserve to be called a mother anymore...she doesnt hv an atom of trust on her son whom she claims to love so much...she feels if dev calls his MIL as ma then he will stop loving her as mother...she feels if he spends more time with his wife then he will stop gving any importance to his mom...is this the kind of relationship that she takes pride on for 28 years...her trust level is zero and dev has to do all the wrong things to prove his love for her...today dev promised that he wont call asha as ma anymore and that was enuf for ishwari to feel happy and hug him...she is now relaxed that means dev still loves her...is her definition of a son's love for his mom so small...is dev's love subjected to such proofs...

moreover ishwari's trust is very short lived...wenever dev comes to her and assures her he loves her and makes all kinds of promises (which he keeps unlike his promises to sona) ishwari is happy...but again if next day dev is close to his wife ishwari is again insecure...i hv concluded that ishwari is someone for whom dev's love is not thatt comes from his heart but dev's love is a material object that can be measured by how many hours he spends with her or how many promises he has kept...

now coming to ishwari's strategies...there r many instances but currently i remember two...like wen she wanted to stop dev from going for his HM...she first tried the tactic of how he can survive widout her for 15 days...wen that did not work since dev very cleverly (i was quite surprised to get a glimpse of brain in dev) said that she is sending sona with him to take care of him (very clever of him to say that ishwari is sending sona with him lol)...then ishwari used a second tactic , i.e., neha...neha is so how can u be so selfish...and dev instantly decides not to go...and then wen everyone enters the room she immediately pretends as if dev is so childish that he has changed her HM plans because of neha and her health...noone except sona and i guess mamaji cud guess that it was ishwari who made him change his mind...and as pretense ishwari urged dev to go but he refused...ishwari knows her goal has been accomplished since once dev changes his mind it is not easy to persuade him otherwise...

again this time first ishwari stopped talking to him since he came back from inlaws...then wen dev made the promise of not calling asha as ma anymore she happily hugged him and then used the same strategy of pretending to convince him that he shud follow parampara and call his MIL as ma...but by that time dev has changed his mind and ishwari knows she is in safe territory and so lectured about parampara and all...

ishwari is a really wicked lady and for her the world is only consisted of dev and she...she doesnt even care how dev will face his inlaws next time...if he calls asha as aunty then he will fall in their eyes...he will lose respect of his wife...but ishwari doesnt care...ishwari never cared if the world thinks bad of dev...she only cares as long as dev remains tied to her palloo...the promises that ishwari makes him take tend to go against his principles, his positive image and his respectful position in the society...but she hardly cares..

I am waiting to see how the makers have planned to give these tracks a right direction.
I now want to see, when Dev will come face to face with his in-laws, how will he address Asha maa infront of all. And this may happen on his birthday i feel.

the way cvs are portraying ishwari ..one cant help but hate her more and more..the kind of games ishe is playing and the level to which she is capable of stooping to keep her God like image intact is actually disgusting...
