Yes, Neha needed to talk to Ranveer and he constantly kept on calling upon her for doing the same. Neha was upset when she came back to Dixit mansion but later she could have talked to him, but then I don't blame Neha here, when you have a mother like Ishwari who herself refuse to talk and asks everyone to not talk to her, what can be expected. On top of that, Ishwari devi of all the things, went and assured that all that belongs to Dev equally belongs to her as well. Ab divorce to hona hi tha iss par.
