It's 1:30 in the morning and I was completing an assignment, thought of taking a break so watched the episode. Let me start by saying that the show is getting worse every passing day, which is why I'm making a post at this hour.
Some genuine questions for people who're going to give me the 'Positive post kab banaogi', 'We love Dev with all his flaws' and 'Wait and watch' kinda comments.
1. Have you seen an Indian mother who is okay with the idea of her daughter getting divorced for no apparent reason? (Some would say financial crisis is reason enough) Do you people actually think that Ranveer's financial status is enough reason for breaking a marriage? In this case, Neha knew about his status, he didn't con her.
2. Have you seen people randomly popping out of nowhere and yelling at each other? (Example- Ranveer, Dev, Mamiji)
3. Have you ever seen a family that avoids to talk about problems even during a crisis? (Ishwari is still not talking to Neha about the problem instead she's assuring her about her luxurious future. What kind of mother would support her child in a nonsense decision like that?)
4. Have you ever seen family members talking to a newly wedded woman like shit, yelling at her, blaming her and insulting her for trying to solve their problems?
5. Have you ever seen a man as spineless as Dev? He can't hear a word against his "wife" when Ranveer says it but it's okay if his family says it. What lau!
CVs, throwing few cuddly, aww-worthy Devakshi moments to cover up your shitshow is not gonna get you TRPs. Better stop this nonsense before it goes out of hand.
