Who is this new person in disguise of Sonakshi?

The only relatable characteristic between the Sona before marriage and the Sona after marriage is her love for Dev.

Sona was never someone who'd go out of her way to impress someone, not even Dev. Why is she hell bent on impressing Ishwari?

Sona would never believe in something like fasting for 9 long days. Why is she trying so hard to fit into this mad family?

How can Sona agree with the 'no sex's agreement? They just got married. Is she not attracted to Dev at all? Is she so lost in impressing Ishwari that she has stopped thinking about her love life? As far as I know, Sonakshi was never too concerned about impressing Ishwari.

I'm unable to connect with this new Sonakshi who's ready to wake up at 4 for poojas, who hasn't spoken to her parents properly ever since she stepped into Dixit house, who is ready to fast for 9 days, who is ready to stay away from her husband because of some sort insane rules. I refuse to believe it's the same girl who always stood up for her beliefs.

P.S.- Dev has shown amazing growth after marriage. He's romantic, he's sweet, he's standing up for the right things and not following mummy's orders blindly (read: Vicky's job application).

Same question.Who is this new girl.Who is trying to win the tag of Perfect Bahu.Dev rightly said.In trying to win perfect bahu pageant.She should not forget she is also wife.Dev already said Sona is part of family.She need not do pooja to prove that.But Madam Sona instead of going to her work.She is so busy in making Pakoda,serving tea n fruits. Also trying to become perfect bahu by keeping Virat n also agreeing to stay away from Dev.Honestly this Sona looks alien to me.

Agree with U on Dev.Dev as shown improvement.He wants to spend time with Sona.Also he thought about appointing Vicky.He know what kind of pervert guy Vicky is.

Today I am so disappointed by sona. It looks like another self sacrificing super bahu is in process.

She is acting like a different person all together.she was always a no nonsense girl but now I can't recognize her.

Dev said it right today in order to be a perfect bahu you are not thinking about being a wife first.That's why I made a post before that dev will be surely annoyed and ishwari will also be not happy off course so at the end sona will loose from both end and in addition she is loosing her real self too.

Sona is in a bubble and a mission to try and prove herself to be worlds best DIL.. I hope this she realizes who she is and sticks to her character... She will soon... Now she is just gettig carried away

I would have loved if she had travelled with Dev. . Bua dadi will be there while going, but while coming they could had romantic drive.

Exactly! If they're not leaving for honeymoon then what's the point of sitting at home and serving fruits to useless maamiji? She should go back to work. She used to love her work, what happened her suddenly? It's irritating to see her getting insulted for no reason. Ishwari looks at her like she took away her most prized possession without consent.

Completely agree with u...sona has probably forgotten that she's had a love marriage with dev n hence her hubby would expect her to spend some cozy time with him...but no hell she's busy serving tea n snacks to her in laws...sona girl u need to wake up and see beyond mata ka jagrata. ...ur loving hubby is all waiting for you to spend somr private momenta with u

She need to understand.How much ever she try.Ish will not love her like Asha does.Sona need not change for any one.She should be the way she is.Keep Dev happy.Do her work.Stay away from Pooja N cooking.

Ya she studied so much.Just to serve fruits n tea.Also keep fast.She was so ambitious.Now CV's suddenly turning Sona in to typical bahu.Who is on a mission to become perfect bahu.In that process she is loosing her individuality.Also ignoring her husbands wish n desire.The man who she claims to love so much.
