MINI-ANALYSIS: I'm actually with Ishwari on this one. ๐Ÿค”

Sona comes from an environment where she is used to being praised for whatever she does, and hearing that she is a special snowflake. Ishwari understands this, but makes it clear that this is not that environment. Bua-dadi is not going to give Sona a pat on the back for trying and send her on her way, she is going to blow this up into a crisis and use it to demean their household and the way it works. It may not seem like a big deal to those of us who are more familiar with Sona's lifestyle, but to Ishwari, this is her life's work on the line. This household is the company she founded from scratch and raised to success. And in this system, the success of the company is based on the correct observations of rituals, and domestic duties. Dev is the face of this company and any insult to him is an insult to the entire institution.

Sona is a brand new employee, who has yet to learn her way around. In no company would you allow your newest employee to prepare a presentation for your most important and most sensitive client, with whom you have spent years, painstakingly building a relationship. Flip the situation to an office setting, and imagine that Buadadi is a foreign delegate who is very particular about her language and culture. As the manager, would you send someone who has to use google translate to conduct the meeting, even if the client asked for them? Would take such a huge risk with the goodwill you've built up just to ease the conscience of your employee, and indulge their enthusiasm? It makes much more sense to handle this yourself, somehow or the other, and then use opportunities where less is at stake to give the new trainee work experience.

Buadadi is here just for a few days, and it means a lot to Ishwari not to incite her disapproval. What is interesting is that she sees BD as an outsider and Sona now as part of the household, for better or worse. It shows that whatever issues she may have with Sona within their household, she will stand and defend her, as part of the household, from any outsider.

BIG COMPLAINT: WHY IS SONA STILL USING 'AAP' for DEV?!

I have been whining about this since the confession, and held back any concerns because they were both transitioning. But now they seem to have settled, with Dev making the transition to 'tum' and Sona conveniently neglecting to do the same. She used 'tum' for Ritwick, so what's the deal? It doesn't suit the nature of Dev and Sona's relationship and it bothers me every time. ๐Ÿ˜ก

As for Complaint..I think it totally depends on Sona and Dev how they wanna call each other. Even Dev calls her Aap only.
U can check SR night too..he called her aap
very rarely he calls her tum..

but mayb that will change...depends ..

Wonderful and meaningful analysis . Rarely found someone who could judge without prejudice Ishwari's honest attempts to stand by Sona .The comparison of Dikshit family with an institution really needs applause. Great post.

I am very confident that Dr. Sonakshi Bose has been wrongly recruited for this company... Skill mismatch for a wrong job profile... Hope she gets fired from her job during her internship itself... ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿคฃ Completely unsuitable and incapable where the process has to be blindly followed with no place for creativity... And with a manager who wants to do things her way, with zero options for innovation, employees tend to get tired and bored... And employees quit managers not the company... ๐Ÿ˜† Tough manager with CEO following the same routine to focus only on Finance and stock markets... CIO department is closed... ๐Ÿ˜‰

Again an amazing analysis you should write more and more ๐Ÿ˜Š As for the complaint it's her choice how to address him as Dev had already told her to call him tum in the beginning of the relationship itself but yes tum will be a welcome change ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Manager is looking for a profile to suit her purpose and CEO has selected a wrong profile for whatever reasons, that only he can tell... And CEO-Manager has a very poor communication department... Whatever process they created originally they are running on the same with no upgrade or revision.. Not even a patch update... ๐Ÿ˜† And the intern is expected to understand all this process and not point out any loop-holes or any improvement areas, because on the outside it is all so perfect and running fine... Then what was the need for the internship program? To entertain the CEO whenever he feels like it?! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜†

This govt office has not even gone automated and online...they still deal with paper work and ur talking abt patch update ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†
They need to build a system first and come of out of that age old paper work environment..๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†

As for the process...coz it is only on papers, its not standardized. Whatever the CEO and seniors feel if correct at a particular time, they make that as a process.
They need streamlined process, standardization and weed off the unwanted stuff...๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜‰

Beautiful post Sam. If we see y'day, Every one is right at their place and made sense and relatable whether Dev or Saurabh or Sona or Ishwari. Mr. Bose needs time to accept Dev in the similar way Ishwari needs time to accept Sona. Dev needs to learn so many things to make his personal life peaceful in the same way Sona need to slow down as bahu because we already have hell no.of bahu's who are competing for "Super bahu" title in this Telly world. Sona need to understand that she cant please each and every one in her sasural and its perfectly fine dear. No one is perfect in everything. If Ishwari finds her happiness in taking care of house hold things including kitchen then let her be like that and leave her with her happiness which can keep her busy so that her mind wont become devil's workshop. Sona should concentrate on things which she is good at instead of entering in to Ishwari's territory and challenging with her haq. Girl, You better concentrate on your husband, career and spending quality time with your loved ones dear.

Coming to your complaint, I think slowly with time these habits will change. Honestly speaking, I really don't have issue with AAP or TUM till these 2 behave like a married couple. My only complaint is, these 2 are not at all looking like a newly wed couple when it comes to their gestures or body language related to intimacy. At least Dev is bit better if we consider their private moments but i see ZERO response or reaction from Sona in this area. May be because of the never ending drama in their lives starting from their marriage. They were much better in their post confession episodes. I hope once Dadi drama gets over these 2 will get chance to breath before moving in to another drama. At least in today's segment i am able to see little shyness in Sona's face. I hope they give us some happy & light moments in this show since starting from their marriage all episodes were filled with never ending drama till now.

Wonderful analysis sam..
For the complaint,bi think dev told her to call him tum ... But she said it doesnt matter aap or tum...

I think it is jusr sonas choice and it has nothing to do with the respect... Dev calls her aap or tum sometimes...
