It also has to do with the lack of education. If you see Dev's house other than Dev and his 2 sisters all are uneducated . Education broadens a person's perspectives to a lot of extent.

no way reality. No educated family behaves in this way in India as of

now. India is way ahead then what is shown in the serials.
But after having watched this serial for the past 4 - 5 months, I have time

and again seen such off track episodes by the cv's and suddenly after 2-3 episodes they bounce back.

I guess its one of those days , where they didnt have a clue of what

was going on...soon damage control on the way...hang on

dear.

They showed Ishwaries insecurities to a very un acceptable level, we still took it thinking there could be some psychological issues with her...and the story is all abt her insecurity as a mom towards her son when he gets married.

Now from where did this dirty track of cast system come into picture? And belittling the daughter in law in front of outsiders ??😡

Want to see what Dev's reaction will be tomorrow when they all will scold and ill treat Sona for accidentally showing her face during that ceremony. If he is there and he doesnt stand up for her..then I really wouldnt mind if she walks out of his life later...he doesnt deserve her ...

This is the CV'S own version of 'REALISM' as they dont have the Guts to show the actual reality of positivity which also exist among all the negative crap they are dishing out!. Or the Actual Reality of No strong Woman taking any crap!

My concern is the way CV team treated the inter caste marraige, it could have been done beautifully with out ill treating any community caste of custom. This a story of a new age India...and the way Dhadhi bua was shouting at Sona...god !! I felt its no close to reality ...definitely not something that we would want to see in an urban India.

I couldnt understand the silence of those three sisters. These are not school going kids. They are adults and they do have right to voice their opinion when something is not rt at their home...at least stage a walk out saying that you ppl are being crude and rude to their SIL ...

PS : Cant say much on any character , because these are created by the CV team. Dev we all know he likes to play behind the door policy with Sona. She always falls for his tender talks...she gave in early...she should have waited for him to try and get her back. Not his mother...😡

I am wondering why the makers called it a MODERN URBAN REALISTIC LOVE STORY. It has been anything but for the last 50 odd episodes.

My husband is a Muslim and I belong to a conservative and Orthodox South Indian Brahmin family. But never through the wedding or 6 years of married life have we experienced this kind of animosity or hatred from each others families. Oh and it wasn't like our families' were ready with their blessings when we came clean, but we persisted till all resistance crumbled.

And intercultural marriages are not such a novelty in the urban setup. People are accommodating and not so rigid in their beliefs about traditions. It is just absurd all the C**P CVs are feeding us in the name of reality.

Yes , that is what made me sick seeing todays episode...wasnt even bothered abt their first night romance...I was all the while thinking how could a CV team who promised a serial with a sense of well being , goodness and modern day realism show such a track as if we are still living in the age and era when cast system prevailed. So many years of India's fight against this cast system , post independence got it abolished ...but what is the use ...they still show it as the highlight of the show that promised modern day realism in India !!😡

Very frustrated. With each passing day, the episodes are becoming difficult to watch. Ish, Gkb, Dadi bua reactions were as expected. But Dev again was disappointing. All those lovey dovey scenes means nothing at all if Dev doesnt speak up to stop his family from insulting his wife. And he had the audacity to ask Sona to forget about it bcoz its their first night. Dev just hasn't changed a bit.
Open your eyes Mr. Dixit - first few hours in your house and your wife might already be regretting her decision.

Ishwari's staring at Sona as if it has just been proved that Dev will always support Ish. Sona's shocked reaction when Dev said to Ish duniya mein tujhse jyada kisi se pyar nahi karta. Ish is still competing with Sona...and this time Ish won.

Worst was that throughout the insults, Sona kept looking at Dev for his support, to see her husband speaking up for her but Dev was just silent.

And that precap with Sona covering her face in ghunghat and Bua's n Gkb reaction - such regressive portrayal of mooh dikhayi rasam. 😡 I dnt think I know anyone who covers her face nowadays. Why are they hell bent on spoiling this show?

I think it will come. Sona is not known for taking crap, from anyone, not even her man! I think her response will be a blast. The fuse has been lit.

@BOLD...I felt so bad...her shocked face...and am still feeling bad...not going to watch tomorrow s episode...I just dont want to see her getting humiliated...will read the review from the forum...after reading the reviews if I feel its worth watching then I will watch online...

PS : for 2 mins of DevAskhi scene I am not going to watch 20 mins of nonsense. I did rather read the review and watch that 2 mins scene on line...
