Ishwari rushes to her screaming for Mamaji, Bhola, Kichu...

Everyone comes running to Sona.

With Mamaji's help they take Sona to their room where Riya and Nikki were still fighting over Sona's anakalis but as soon as they saw Mamaji carrying Sona in her room, they left their argument and rushed to her: What happened to Sona Bhabhi?

Ishwari was fretting behind Mamaji: I don't understand what happened. If Dev finds out that Sona has fainted, he will be so upset.

Riya frets as well twisting her hands: That's why I told Sona bhabhi no need to fast. But she insisted. Now what will bhaiya say?

Radha sneers: She is such a weakling. We have fasted so many time, but never fainted and look at her. Jiji, Dev will definitely blame you for her condition. Bang... I mean Bahurani must have fainted on purpose.

Mamaji glares at Radha...

Ishwari got angry: I didn't tell her to fast. She wanted to fast herself. Dev can't get angry on me.

Nikki gets exasperated: Seriously you guys?

She picks up her phone and calls their family doctor: Dr. Kapoor, could you please come to our home. Sona Bhabhi fainted for some reason.

After getting assurance that Dr. Kapoor is on his way, she hanged the phone to call Dev.

Ishwari snatched her phone: Who are you calling?

Nikki surprised: Dev bhaiya, who else?

Ishwari says sternly: No need to disturb Dev at work. Let the doctor check Sonakshi. Then we will see how to let him know.

Nikki (scowling): But...

Ishwari (sternly): No but... I said it and that's final.

Ishwari ignores Nikki.

Dr. Kapoor arrives just as Sona starts to regain her consciousness.

He sends everyone out and examines Sona.

When he comes out Ishwari rushes to Dr.: Dr., Everything is all right, right? There's nothing to worry?

Dr. Kapoor says: I will run some tests to confirm. But I have a feeling that your daughter-in-law might be expecting.

Everyone is super happy.

Mamaji (ecstatic): Congratulations Ishwari, you are going to be Dadi.

Radha makes faces, but fake smiles to Ishwari mentally calculating how much leverage Sona will get on Dev now and how it will affect her and her son.

Riya and Nikki grab each other and jump up and down: We are going to be aunts...

Ishwari all teary-eyed holds Mamaji's hand: My Dev's baby... I am so happy.

She runs into the room and hugs Sona: Sona, you don't know how happy you have made me. You are carrying my Dev's baby. From now on, I will take care of you and you have to listen to me.

Sona laughingly replies: Yes, yes, that's fine. But did anyone call Dev?

Ishwari (feeling guilty): He is at work so I thought let's not disturb him until we find out what's wrong.

Nikki and Riya comes into the room with Mamaji and Radha.

But Ishwari is so happy in dream world with Dev's future offspring that she didn't even care that Nikki didn't listen to her.

While Mamaji (happily) and Radha (reluctantly) congratulating Sona, they hear a screech and a crash of a car outside followed by what sounded like a stampede as Dev ran to his room.

He bursts into the room: What? Why? How did you faint? What happened? Did someone call a doctor?

Ishwari eagerly walks to Dev: Dev, Sona is...

Mamaji grabs her arm and says: Ishwari, I think, Sona should be the one to tell Dev this news. This is something only should be between husband and wife. Let's leave them alone for a while.

Ishwari pouts a bit but leaves the room with everyone else.

Dev surprised but still anxious, sits down on the bed and holds Sona's hand: What happened? What news? Is everything all right?

Sona glowing with happiness: Yes. Everything is great.

Dev asks: What did the doctor say? Why did you faint?

Sona says: He said that you are going to be a daddy.

Dev shocked: What? How?

Sona scowls at his reaction: What do you mean how? How do you think people become parents?

Dev stammers: I mean I know how. But who is the mummy?

Sona now angry: Mr. Dixit, if you are going to be a daddy, then who do you think can claim to be a mummy? And it better not be anyone but your wife.

Dev still confused: Well, no. I mean yes. But you can't be a mother.

Sona angry: And why not?

Dev confused: Because the doctor said so.

Sona confused: Which doctor?

Dev replies: When you had stomach pain before marriage and you were taken to the hospital, remember I went to pick up your report?

Sona tries to remember: Yes.

Dev replies: Well, the doctor said that you only have 7% chance of conceiving because you have a weak uterus.

Suddenly they hear a sound of something dropping and they both look around to see Ishwari standing shell-shocked while a glass and spilled milk is on the floor...
