Seems like Bijoy asked for pre-nup agreement

Seems to me like Bijoy must have asked for the pre-nup agreement. He still doesn't trust the Dixit's and so perhaps want to see their true colors.

Also he wants to make sure that the Dixits will think ten times before throwing Sona out of their life if they sign the agreement.

As such according to law Sona might anyways get 50% of the property .. but Bijoy cannot trust the dirty and manipulative games they might play in case the divorce situation occurs.

I think Dev might not be happy when his lawyer informs about it and throws the agreement .. Dev perhaps wants the marriage to be based on mutual trust. But after seeing Dev's past actions, Bijoy cant trust him.

I guess when Ishwari comes to know about it, she might ask Dev to sign the agreement.

I dont think so...it is just an initiative taken by Dev's lawyer to protect his assets..

pre nups are made to protect wealthy husbands from loosing half their properties in case of divorce. i believe it is an agreement that if marriage doesnt work out wife cant stake claim on half of husbands property. this is does because wealthy husband' or his family think wife may be a gold-digger. if bejoy would have asked for pre nup, the he would ask for half of dev wealth if he ever divorced sona. but from the precap, dev refuses to signe, that means it was not a demand made by bejoy, but advise give to him by his lawyer to protect his company and property which dev refuses,

besides bejoy would not do anything that would make his daughter look like a golddigger. i believe his has too much self respect, besides he would rather that sona not marry dev.

pre nup has to be signed by both husband and wife. with both their consent. ishwari mixes the paper with other documents in dev file, so he will sign without being aware of it. but how is she going to take signe from sona without informing her. if she does sona will definitely question dev, and he will see another aspect of his mothers devious controlling nature,
