Exactly..he thought like always it would be easy to make choice and follow as whatever mommy dislikes he can't go ahead with that...but he had no clue what level.of love he is in with sona..so good obsessive mommy ke obsessive bete ka kuchh to faayda ho😆

The title says it all.. we're seeing the grey shades of love. They say all is fair in love and war, but then where exactly do you draw the line between love and obsession? In today's segment shaheer said, 'Dev k pyaar me deewangi hai toh woh ajeeb harkate kar raha hai'

I can't say much, but I'll say this - if it was anyone other than Shaheer with his brilliant expressions playing Dev, this would all have quickly gone from being romantic to creepy. Dev has started behaving a lot like srk from darr.. I'm still not able to get the last line of the episode out of my head - something along the lines of 'Jab tak mein tumse pyaar karta hun tab tak tum kisi aur se kaise pyaar sakti ho'

I dunno but something about it just rubbed me the wrong way. What exactly does he mean by that? Till he loves her she can't move on, and when he's done loving her then she can do whatevr she wants.. probably it would've been wise to edit that line out.

Sonakshi was so real today, I think most of us can relate to this, this feeling of not being able to stop oneself from worrying about the person you love. Till she's cribbing about him, it's okay. But the moment someone else says one word against her love, instinctively she retaliates. It was lovely to watch.

I just hope the makers know what they're doing with Dev's character. Pls let him realize that he has hurt Sonakshi beyond repair and actually make him take some steps towards correcting mistakes.

He needs these assurances because he's seeing her moving away from him. It was he who put her in this state. And he wants to check for himself to see if she was really trying to move on or faking it. When reality (the recent promo) hits him that's when he'll realize that she's slipping away from him. He still doesn't get the impact of the situation. He's still in the "mein kaha hoon" daze... He still hasn't understood what's going around him. He broke up with her & thought it would be simple.. He thought she would be sitting in a corner & brooding & sulking like him. But when he's seeing her ready to accept another man in her life he wants to test her & see whether she really wants to move or not...If she fails the test then he's winning. But if she passes then he's losing...

I would say it was 50-50 in this episode! 😉

true that line as quite obsessive but I think he said

Hamne sath Chalne ka vaada Kiya tha...tumare pair ko mera pyar. And he huye hain or something like that..and then jab tak main tumse pyar karta hoon tum kisi aur se kaise pyar kar Sakti ho..actually it's pretty obsessive but I think I would take it it a way ki he knows he will live her beyond eternity and can't think of anyone else so should she...because if I have started taking it obsessive way as it seems..it would be very difficult for me to watch show 😆

such a beautiful post...and Mr.dev dixit...he does not know anything abt love and many things...she taught him many...he realises his love and proposed and got her reply and started loving and treated her as would be wife and seeking help for every small things ...he had to learn abt losing of love...and how to struggle and how to get back...that all ..she never told to him abt her feelings during Natasha with dev...she never tried to tell as they both in full love...and now she herself started to teach him all by herself accompanying ritvik...hope she end that lesson and he too learned that... ha ha ha...just thought and so...no offence

Awesome post, as always 👍🏼

And I'm actually loving this grey hued Dev. I know a lot of people might disagree with me, but I really think this is as human as it gets for someone like him. After having diligently chased a sense of control his whole life, this is the first time he's really, truly lost control over everything that matters to him, including his own emotions and the actions they lead him to commit. This is Dev at his most disoriented, at his most shaken...a bit like he was when he came back home drenched in rain the night he saw Sona with Ritwik for the first time. The way he was in his room, not knowing which direction to walk in, whether to sit or to stand...basically at a total loss for what to do with himself.

This is also why I'm really curious to see what happens after he hits rock bottom - which seems to be the drunk scene in his office where Sona will ask him to promise never to meet her again. After that, what will he do? The journo and media splash spoiler is also a fairly unnerving one, but I'm very interested to see what they do with him as a character from here. Right now, my heart goes out to him as much as I want him to suffer the consequences of what he's done - which is, I think, one of the writers' greatest triumphs in this track.

Yes, very true! Nee shades of Mr. Dixit, but he is yet to realise that she is hurt more than him, right now he is focusing more on how he is hurt without her.
