Was going through all the posts and the rants😆 Lovely. What all they make us do😆
I may be in the minority. But I am loving the fall of the great business tycoon Mr. Dev Dixit. Ishwari's sacrifices and her thirst for success lead to that Mr. Dixit. Now her unjust, callous and selfish demands are leading to his down fall. " Behind every successful man is a strong, intelligent and hardworking woman". Behind the fall of a successful man is usually another woman". This is happening now but in a twisted way that both these women are the same in this case😆
Ishwari brought up Dev without any emotional attachments to anyone except her. The only kind of love he knows is the selfish kind where there was no room for even his siblings. He loved only his family never caring about others. Ishwari never corrected him because this served her purpose. Dealing with people was like doing business for him. The way he dealt with Neha's fiance in the beginning of the show is the perfect example. He was even willing to marry his BIL's sister for the marriage deal.
Sona recognized the wounded child in Dev who didn't even know how to deal with simple emotions out of concern for his family. She tried to understand why he did what he did and corrected him when he was wrong. This was a first for him. The 28 year old man who never had a friend needed her for the first time in his life. When he fell in love and understood that it was reciprocated he just soaked up all the love she offered attaching himself to her emotionally as he had never done before.
He is now forced to detach her from his life for his mother whom he thinks he owes, for all her sacrifices and love that she showered on him. But how will you detach yourself from your emotional anchor, the only person who have understood the real you, your only friend and the love of your life? He tried his best to stay away but was forced to acknowledge defeat.
Sona's decision to move on have shook him badly. He can't let her go and he can't acknowledge that to her or his mother. He is like a broken kite with no one to guide and will do whatever he thinks will make her stay with him. He is not going to turn a new leaf overnight and do the right thing which he never have until now.😆 Even if the writers show him turning mad I won't be surprised. Well he is half mad already😆
He needs an anchor and some one to guide him. Until Ishwari refuses to acknowledge that her son is grown up and she doesn't really know him she cannot be that guide and anchor. What he saw when he grow up made him what he is now and now this experience will help him grow again. "Those tempered by fire will not wilt in the sun". He will not disappoint us. Just we have to give him some time to get up and breath.
Just my Point of view. Not intended to hurt anyone.
PS: Yesterday's episode Rithik said his loan is approved and if today it is rejected after Dev have come to know of it i think there is high chance he is involved. Any way waiting for the episode.
