Yesterday we saw Sona sensing he is not ok ... I am sure there shall be another scene in which Sona sees whats happening to him...it cant be that she does not come to know !! there has to be another scene before this one where Sona sees him in prob somehow ...somewhere ! who calls her in office here ...all of this is leading to some other scenes too !!
