Hi guys

Yes. I feel today's Epi touched a lot of chords. Again one of the most relatable episodes of KRPKAB. A hidden message conveyed to all relationships in life :)

I wud start with the most relatable and touching scene of today's Epi

1. Baba and Sona convo on Self Doubt
It comes as second nature for women to doubt themselves and their capabilities. Why is it that when family or ppl you love are unhappy (could be any reason), a woman first doubts herself. I am sure most of us have either done the same thing or have experienced our mother's do that. And this is something that happens to even working confident slef dependent women. I just loved it how Baba tells Sona that she shud never self doubt coz that is not how he has brought her up. and that if anyone in Dev's family or even Dev is causing her to do that then thay are not right for her. That was a beautiful convo of a father trying to uplift the morale of his daughter. Hatts Off to CVs for covering this so beautifully.

2. Sona & Ishwari confrontation (on halwa)
I am glad that Sona confronted Ishwari on the halwa. I mean how many wud be DILs would do this especially since you wud not want to spoil your relations with your wud be MIL rite? Loved Sona's reply to Ishwari's so called concern on why her eyes were red - "Kadve thel ka chhonk aankhon mein lagta hi hai Auntyji". Even though she confronted Ishwari, she ended the convo on a positive note. Sona was respectful, sad, innocent, hurt and bold at the same time. Kudos to Erica!
Ishwari's reaction on kinda getting caught, then being confronted, the trying to be innocent cover up, then asking Sona to take the halwa home and saying that her family wud like that type of food (gosh that was so rude and shrewd). Beautifully portrayed by Supriya ji. Her experience reflects in every emotion expressed thru her eyes and face.

3. Ishwari & GKB (convo on sleeping pills)
Ishwari finally expressed her insecurities verbally. Even when her own brother tried to help her face it she was in a complete DENIAL mode. And of all she expresses it in front of GKB who obviously was very happy to add all the possible Ghee into it. Supriyaji's expressions were just ...I have no words.

4. Dev & Sona (car convo)
So relatable. Dev being a typical guy who thinks he knows it all. And Sona again trying to convey the truth to him in the most subtle and honest way. Dev's blind faith that his mother was incapable of doing anything wrong and his jumping to conclusion that Sona might be getting Ego come in her way was again sooo typical.
Sona's change in expressionswhen Dev attempts to apologise for halwa reaction especially when he says you too can tell me something hurtful but dont be silent. And then immediate change of expression when Dev starts talking of Ishwari. And again change of expressions when Dev talks abt her Ego. Erica you killed it today. We can see the journey of her growth as an actor. I am sure Separation track will bring out more.
Sona walking off home inspite of Dev trying to stop her...We've all waited for a very long time to once again see this side of Sona. Thanx CVs.

5. Dev, Sona & Ishwari (family photo)
Ishwari being happy on her selection confirming she does not like and is NOT ready for CHANGE in her family and in her comfort zone. Loved Sona's "See I was Right" expressions during Ishwari and Dev convo. It was nice to see Dev reacting boldly and not holding back his feelings of Sona not being in the family pic. If this wasnt shown Dev wud have been bashed even more for being a mumma's boy.

6. Ishwari & Sona convo (abruptly interrupted by Bhola bhaiyya)
Yes it was extremely bold of Sona to confront Ishwari AGAIN. Though for Sona it was not a confrontation. It was more like trying to clarify things. But Ishwari is still NOT prepared for it. So may be a case of wrong timing for Sona. Though I loved her boldness.

Precap - Sona shown to be the most understanding person in this Trio of Dev, Ishwari & Sona.

Overall I think Erica SLAYED today's Episode.

Awsome post...and i just love the episode...i know many didnt like it because of ishwari..but i like her too..because today she actually show her real rang...insteaded of being sugar coated...today it was clearly shown that its only and only her fear of losing her place in house and dev life which is not allowing her to accept sona ...

Kudosss to the maker to bring bitter reality of society...iam not married neither engage..but what i have seen and observe...on that bases i must say what was shown today in ishwari role is 70% reality of today houses.

i totally agree with you... they showed us the mirror of households today... i wonder how many girls actually confront their MILs.. and in this case, its her to-be MIL... WAY TO GO SONA!

Ishwari showed her disapproval just at the thought of Sona talking about becoming her bahu. What Ishwari didnt realise is, Ishwari has already started behaving like a typical heartless rude MIL. Man she was so damn rude today and also a lil shallow. But ya she showed her true colors and her deepest insecurities.

No words. 👏. Great analysis. I am loving this bold Sona.I still think Ishwari will regret one day. Still surprised the mother of 3 daughter can do that. What happens if same happen to Neha?

Very nicely analyses.

I however felt Sona has forgotten what she told Dev that Ishwari needs some time to accept this new relationship. Ishwari said the same in so many words in the convo. Though Sona knows it, I guess she at heart wants badly to be accepted by Ishwari ASAP. The intent to try and win over her wud be MIL may be good but in the process she is almost forcing herself on a currently reluctant MIL to fit into the family . She is bold in expressing her thoughts as that is her nature but has not realized that she is making Ishwari more and more nervous and territorial about her space with Dev.
Again, though that's how reality is .We all want the others to see our point of view but that rarely happens . They have their own tinted glasses.
And yes, Erica and Supriyaji nailed it. 👏 👏
