Phew! OK. Finally the past is out. And what a trigger to bring it stumbling out!!

But before that, I absolutely loved a couple of sentences you'd written - the way you brought the emotion out in them.

1. He was going to hell anyway, what was one more sin under his belt?

2. "It reminds me you lived."

Especially the second one. Very profound. For me, these two are the highlight of the whole chapter. 👏 👏

Dev is not stuck any more. In either departments that I'd mentioned in my previous review.

There is no terror in the bang of a gun; only the anticipation of it. - Alfred Hitchcock.

Now the bullet is out of the gun.

This is so not done, Malvika!

On one hand you write a part which makes us all giddy..😆 and in the very same part you explode the bomb of the past memories

Amazing update! You have such a talent. .really you don't have the caliber of being just an Os/ff writer. . But a proper book. I would love to read it.😳

So this part was pretty overwhelming👏 Dev-Sona's paradise is shaken again, for the past memories come haunting a way back into their lives.

But its okay. .they needed to face it, to conquer those dark memories and make a new beginning, properly.

I can't wait for the next part😳❤️

Fantastic Chapter

I really like how you brought out the issues between Dev and Sona between Sona and Ishwari and the fact that Dev could make excuses for his mother believing her fake sweetness,

Dev and Sona always assuming things would get better but they never approached the root problem instead they ignored it by going on trips and now that Sona holds onto the wrapper she senses there was something more but trying to remember is difficult

Exactly, he's not stuck any more. The only thing to fear is fear itself. Now he doesn't have to live with the constant apprehension.

So finally the past is revealed..they were going to have a baby..so she had a miscarriage😭😭🤢

Now its clear why Dev was so much apprehensive and worried for what if she remembers this.

Loved the romantic DevAkshi. They both are so maturely dealing with the sort of new relationship. Looking forward to see if the past will change the dynamics of their (new)relationship or make it more strong. Now we need the next part very very soon😳

Every time Sonakshi looked at him, it was with a tentative apology for not yet remembering. While she was regretful, he was grateful. While she looked at him hoping to remember, he was wary one day she would.

The fragments of unhappiness she'd remembered before belonged to another life, another couple. They were long gone, replaced with new memories of a man to whom she couldn't possibly feel closer. She couldn't remember smiling more in her life.

If she was honest with herself, she'd admit that she was meshing the few known pieces of her life in a disjointed picture. She was shoving mismatched edges together like an impatient child, bending corners any way she could, all to escape the realization that she wasn't playing with all the relevant pieces.
