Hi, I used to write a lot once upon a timeđ this is like my return from the sabbatical.But I knowing myself too well I know that i never complete any of my works. So this time when i got this urge to write something and to be precise something on Dev Sonakshi i decided that i will write only One Shots. But since i like revolving around i decided that i shall call all my One shots in this forum as entries in Mr Dixits Confessions diary.
OS: Mr Dev Dixits Confessions
I cant help but wonder how do i approach her? Will she like it? Will she break her friendhip with me if she knows that what i feel for her is way more than friendship?
These thoughts were just not letting me sleep when i decided its high time I confessed the truth as it is to Sona, yes i like that name, 'Sonakshi' its such a beautiful name a name which will sound lovely with mine attached to it. Okay okay Devvv now that you are outside her house you need to stop day dreaming no actually late night dreaming and hatch a plan to confess your feelings.Yes a plan is absolutely and exactly what i need! A plan. Planning has always come in handy when cracking a deal, proposing a deal. Its the first step to sucess and indeed it is what will help me out here.
So the lovestruck confused soul hatched a plan according to which he would first call Sonakshi out and explain that he has broken his ties with Natasha and hence is not doing any wrong to her being here at this time of the night and would later confess to Sona about how his feelings developed and how its now that he realized he wants her to be a part of his life forever.
So going as per his plans Dev calls Sonakshi on her phone but she doesnt revert, which further increases his nervousness and get the flashes of the initial question back with a few more additional one this time..
Will Sona feel for me? I know that she cares for me but does she care for me in 'That' way? like 'Love wala way'? What happens if she just doesnt tell her now and wait for sometime?
And then our very own Mr Dixit had a dream a dream of Sona and Neel as a married couple with a baby on its way. This single thought of losing Sona gave him all the courage he ever wanted.
Knocking on the door i realized what a foolish mistake I had made in my impulse to reach Sona faster. What if some else opens the door? What reason do I have to be atheir doorfront at ...oh whats the time, 6 in the morning. He thinks to duck of just when sona appears at the doorstep rubbing her eye with one hand and the other extening a milk bowl.
Dev just couldnt stop his lips from taking on foolish boying curve and his eyes from staring at His Love. When Sona doesnt feel the the milk vessel weighing up or a voice coming up she opens to her eyes to find Mr Dixit right infront of his eyes.
Aami abara sbapna dekhachi (I am dreaming again).. Why cant my stupid heart get in the fact that he is an engaged man and dreaming about him is absolutely wrong. "Miss Bose.. hm Sonakshi.. Sonakshi"
Hearing Devs voice gets sona back into the real world as realization hits her that dream world is actually the real world out here. Seeing Dev at her doorsteps was a good enough reason for her lips to make an upward stretch and just then she saw his outstretched arms and jumped into them without thinking...
Dev pulled her in thight and felt the rising of his heartbeat,the joy of holding her close to his heart. He could remember each of Sona's words of the feelings of being in Love . Without wasting a movement he whispered, ' I love You Sonakshi..' he repeats the words again and this time he pulls he looks into her eyes and says it aloud, 'My heartbeats faster with you around it, my life feels complete when I have around you, I dont know much about this feeling but i know that I am incomplete without you Sonakshi.. I know that if after my mom i can trust anybody else then its you. I trust you enough to hand over my heart strings to you and let myself exposed...
'Mr Dixit.. sshh'. Sonakshi calms him down and makes him stop by laying a finger on his lips. he smiles and says, ' Since when did you start talking so much Mr Dixit?'. Seeing that Dev was still tense, Sona realized that her little teasing has riled him up more.
'Aapani sabyasamaya muka thakabe' (you will always remain dumb). Uteering these words Sona hugs him tight and says 'I love you Mr Dixit..I Love You.'
Dev couldnt believe his hears he.. 'Say it again..?'. 'I love You Mr Dixit I Love you.. If you want i can climb on the roof of this house and shout it aloud to the whole world that I love You.'
Dev Couldnt stop the tears of happiness from his eyes but he know for himself that he will have his Miss Bose with him Forever.
Dev shuts his diary and lovingly looks at Sona and their son playing in the park. He places his diary on the table and joind them...
Okay So this was one of the pages of the diary, there are many more to come..
Next i am planning to write on 'OS: The Next Day' .Something on the lines of Sona and Devs first day together as a couple. I might just continue it from the ending of this chapter if you guys are intreste in it. Or else ill just make a random new entry. Do let me know if anyone is intrested in reading it further.
