Part 4 - after realization
Dev left Sonakshi blushing but was sure to call back to be able to continue his confession. On the other hand, as soon as Dev left , Sonakshi was also fuming due to Elena and Dada choosing such a time to enter the house. She scolded Elena that couldn't you come after 1 hour.. She was so eager to hug Dev and Dev was about to say those three golden words. Now she has to contain herself with a phone confession. She just rushed in to her room and warned Elena and Dada that she shouldn't be disturbed the whole day today.
Sonakshi couldnt believe what just happened and was seeing all that Dev said to her in flashback. She was crying with joy now , dancing in her room and kissing Dev's snap from her mobile. She was getting restless to confess herself too and was waiting eagerly for the call. She just could not control and dialled Dev's number. Dev smiled as soon as he saw Sona's call and immediately picked up. He said " I knew you would call me before I would " and smiled. Sona said how could I wait so long to hear those incomplete words that you spoke few minutes earlier. Her heart was pumping and she just wanted to be with him and hug him tightly. Words were just flowing from her mouth automatically and she asked him " can we meet ? " . I want to talk to you but in person. He very sweetly said " Do you think I could even go few steps away from you without hearing what you feel about me ? I am waiting for you in the car 😊 just below your house. She was elated and said 2 mins I will be down. He made sure he teased her even in such a situation " Sona, dont waste time in getting ready or wearing earings 😉. You look beautiful always. She blushed and ran to the door, wore her sandals and waived bye to Elena and Dada and said happily " Dev loves me ! I am going to confess my feelings to him now ! love you both .
She ran downstairs to see Dev standing at the car door with his eyes eagerly waiting for her to come. She ran to him and stopped very close to him. gasping with the exertion she stood very close to Dev. Dev says lets not spend anymore time here, there is lot of disturbance and winked. I will take you somewhere where no body can disturb us and gives a naughty look at her. He opens the door for her. He is about to start the car and realizes Sona hasnt worn the seat belt. He smiles again and comes extremely close to Sona to pull the belt from the other side. Both of them look at each other with love. Their eyes met , his arms almost touching her body .. they are just few cms away from each other, Sona is wishing that he should kiss her. Dev uses this proximity to complete those unsaid words " I love you Sonakshi". He looks at her with passion now and is about to kiss her, when he hears some car honking behind. He fumes and drives fast to his office. Being weekend, he knew no one would be in the office and he can romance with his lady love peacefully. Just few seconds after he has started driving , he asks Sona ... " Do you love me ? " The car honking behind had spoilt the entire romantic mood and made Sona come back to reality. She knew she had to confess but decided to tease Dev till they reached a secluded place. She says naughtily " what do you think Mr. Dixit ? Dev looks at her with a stirn look " Mr. Dixit ?? Seriously , cant you call me with my name. She corrects herself and says Dev ! His name sounded so sweet right now and he felt so nice to hear it from her lips. He says , I think you love me ... I know many times you have said such things that were directed to me. Iam sorry , I was too late to get it though. She asks , what all do you remember ? He says " While you were stitching my shirt button and looking at me , then when you said after meeting me that morning that " your important meeting is done after seeing me 😉". I think you too love me. Please say it . I am dying to hear it from you. You do not know how restless I was the whole night. They had entered the office building till then and Dev parked the car. Sona was shy now as she knew in few minutes she will be alone in his office and she can hug him tightly and if possible kiss him too . While they were walking towards the lift, their hands and the fingers touched each other. This time Dev entangled his finger during the touch and then held her palm with his. They were now walking hand in hand. Sona looked at Dev and felt shy. Dev smiled at Sona and made his grip tight.
They entered his office and Dev led her to his cabin and locked the door from inside.
