His hands reached out to call Sonakshi ...

He was about to dial, when he felt bit nervous...a new feeling which he never had before. He did not know how will he ask her whats happening to him. His heart did not listen to what he was thinking and his hands automatically dialled Dr.bose s number.

Sona was shocked seeing dev's call. She was wondering , its his important day and why is he calling her.She decided to ignore since she knew that he would soon be Natasha's and its not right to talk to him now. Here Dev was getting restless. Why isn't she not receiving my call. What is she doing ? Is she unwell ? Has her OFF-ON Fever again come back ? I must talk to her. He again dialled her number but in vain ... he then tried Saurabh Bose number. He received and he asked him where is Sonakshi. Saurabh mentioned Sona must be in her room as she is not feeling well. Hearing that she is still unwell, his heart sank. He wanted to just go and meet her. Back of the mind while he was planning to go to her house, Saurabh gave Sona the call. Sona says " Hello " . Listening to her voice, dev felt thud in his heart... He was speechless .her voice just made his heart beat faster. He could realize how different his heart was feeling now. He too said " Hello " and the again went silent. He was smiling on the phone but just couldn't say anything further. Sona spoke " Mr. Dikshit, is everything fine ? why are you calling me now ? You must be busy in your engagement ! If you have called me to persuade me to come, please I am unable to come as I am not well. Please don't force me, I cannot come at all. Sona said irritatingly and with lots of hurt. Tears ran down again and she started crying. Dev came to his senses and could hear her voice going down and asked her Dr. Bose , what happened ? He realized that her voice was sad but he felt its because she is unwell. Are you so sick, I am coming to see you, right now and cut the call. He could not hold himself after listening to her sad voice. He immediately left.

Here Sona is shocked as she is unable to know how can he come while he must be busy in his engagement. She had stopped crying as again Dev had surprised her by calling her. He hadn't spoken much but still his last lines were soothing for Sona. While she was still wondering, thinking how can he come, he was already there at the door. The doorbell was ringing and no body was opening the door. Sona came back to senses when she realized Sourabh had told her that he has to urgently take everyone else to one of their relatives. He had taken Sona's phone instead as she was speaking on his phone with Dev. She went to open the door and saw Dev standing in front of her. There was wonderful eyelock between the two with our very sweet title track in background. Both looking at each other and lost in their own world. Dev lost in her beauty and sona lost in Dev. Dev had managed to wear Sona's fav orange color in the meantime. Had combed his hair well and while leaving he too glanced himself once in his mirror if he looked well . He had never bothered about his look before but he had to now for Sona... to impress her and to make her fall for him.

Both came back to sense. Dev again raised his hand to check Sona's fever. Sona had been crying so frequently since yesterday that her body temperature had really shooted high up. Dev could feel the fever and with concern asked her how is she. She said with a heavy heart she is ok and there was no need for him to leave his engagement and come down to just ask her how is she.

Dev automatically becomes naughty when he is with sona and with his witty humour mentioned the engagement is over and all had gone home. He had time so he came to check on Sona. Sona was again surprised how can the engagement be over so early. She asked " was it early morning or you could not control yourself and got engaged last night itself ?" Dev could sense the sarcasm and decided to tease Sona. " How well do you know me Ms. Bose " really I couldn't control my excitement "

Sona secretly checks Dev's hand for the ring and finds no ring on it. She asks where is the ring ? and he says in a serious tone " its with you ". Sona says " what ?" Mr . Dixit I feel you are unwell and need to rest as your excitement has caused lot of exertion and you are not in your senses.

Dev says " Ms. Bose, please can I come inside ? and we can continue our fight. Or would you like to hear the truth!! And he smiles wittily.

She welcomes him in. He asks where are others and she says they all are at their relatives place and he says to himself " wow , good" . He was happy with the privacy he had got and was praying throughout his drive that she should be alone.

Sona heard his murmering and asked "did you say something "? He tries to hide his naughtiness and says "nothing". She again asks where is your ring ? not able to hold her curiosity. Dev doesn't sense her jealousy but innocently answers her " I broke off the engagement ". She couldn't believe what she heard ! she said what ? what ? she couldn't hide here happiness either. She gave a broad smile while asking what ? Poor Sona, she did not know how to hide her feelings at all and was super happy to hear that. Here Dev is surprised by her reaction and also happy to see her smile and happy for him. The realization last night had made him a bit smart in realizing such feelings. He asks her why are you so happy ?. Sona tries to cover her track by saying no no she was sick and during fevers she usually has problem talking or expressing. Seeing her beauty while blabbering, he gets lost for a second in her once again and believes what she said.

Now dev is curious to tell her that why he cancelled the engagement, He wants to let her know that he saw her in her dreams and he has realized that he loves her. For Dev, breaking the engagement was not important , it's the reason behind it and he was eager to tell her that he has already fallen for her.

He starts telling her that he did not see Natasha when he closed his eyes. He instead saw a very familiar face yet very beautiful and elegant. His words were making her jealous. He is curious now to check her reactions. To check whether she is getting his hints. She also gives in and asks familiar face ... She thinks of Tina and says Tina ? Dev says " Tina ????? . Dr. Bose can you just think of Tina ? Sona says ya she is the only face you see everyday. She does shopping for you too may be you would have developed some feeling for her ? He is annoyed that she did not get his first hint. He tries his next move. Such a familiar face that I like to listen to her advice and often asks for her help. Sona again says " Mr. Dixit, you listen to only your mother " . This time again he gets bit annoyed and says " Ok so did my mother suggest me to wear orange color shirt, or did she stop me from using sleeping pills ? " Now Sona gets it and looks at him in astonishment. He comes closer to her and holds both her hands and asks her " Sonakshi, Did you get whom am I talking about ?" She is shocked, amazed and just nods her head in a nah ! . He comes even more closer and says in her ears " You, Sonakshi !! I saw you when I closed my eyes " . and then he looks at her to gauge her reaction. She shies away and looks down. With his finger he raises her chin and asks her to look into his eyes . He continues " I always thought you are my best friend, but I realized last night that you are more than a best friend. I miss you whenever I donot see you. Whenever I talk to you I am at peace. I want to share with you everything and I feel very comfortable sharing with you. I am so comfortable that I can talk about all the love things with you. I am hurt when I see you are hurt, I feel as if I should forget all work and sit besides you to soothe you. And when I realized all this I started flying in air, everything around me was so beautifull. Everything was rosy and in all this I could only see you Sonakshi, just you. You are extremely beautiful and I have lost myself in your beauty. I did not realize when I did I fall in love with you but you are my life now...

He again comes close to her and says " I... love... And when he is about to say Sonakshi, the Bose gang enters the house. Dev is startled and shifts aside from Sona. Elena asks him " Dev how come you have come here? They too keep asking him too many questions about the engagement ..Dev feels a bit embarrassed and makes and excuse and leaves. While leaving , he winks at Sona and tells her to await for his call. He says as soon as he reaches home he will call and complete what he was saying.

Sona keeps blushing here and waiting for the phone call.
