At first I liked Jothika a lot. Somehow she was not so warm off screen though she was very efficient on it. She has everything that Simran has and more. A great husband, child and even fantastic filmy in-laws.
Simran is of course, the total package. One hardly needs to elaborate.
I'd like to analogize the comparison with some of A.R. Rehman's eloquent remarks when he was a judge in Super Dancer. That every song and artiste has his or her own beauty and strenghts and that can never be taken away.

for the 2nd time jagdu, i truly agree with you.👏👏 i personally feel simran & jothika both had the ability to give sponatenous expressions for the scene required. both sims & jo ruled kollywood & while they were here, they gave us some truly beautiful memorable performances. i think that is why people still can't stop talking about these 2 wonderful ladies.😛 both sims & jo are more or less equal to me. i like them both. the 2 queen bees of kollywood.😃

Yes. I liked them both. Simran had given some amazing performances as well as Jyo - I mean, using an extreme example, I liked both MGR and Sivaji, for different reasons. 😳
