Someone told my MIL that actress acted in Tavamai Tavamirendhe - cherans wife in the movie, was murdered last week. Aniwan know about this ?? Is it true?

Guys,Padma Priya was not murdered.Must hv been somebody else. It wud be big news if an actress gets murdered.I remember how big a news it was when a Telugu actress's mother was murdered.

oh yeah....even the suicide cases are shown 24/7 in news channel ......u're right dear.....it may be a rumour

Seen over the July 4 weekend:
Bhakta Prhalada. Goes down memory lane for a bit. It is a horror show for children. A torture chamber for sadhus is shown. They are all bound hands and feet like Jesus Christ. One of the wardens heats 2 steel bars and puts it on the eyes of a priest.
Guys this is supposed to be a childrens film, and the goal is to teach them to be devotional.
This is SunTv at it's grossest worst. Can they excercise some discretion? Even in the comics, atrocities are alleged, but they leave it there and do not display the violence.

I agree J. They should not show films like these during prime time - unfortunately we do not have codes like U and PG. In the UK, if they show any film that has violence in it in prime time - 5.30 to 8.00 p.m. - the television watchdog would be flooded with complaints and the TV station censured. But here you have a TV station that propogates murder, bigamy, gross immoral and dishonest behaviour and nothing is done about it.
