What do you guys think about watching Holly movies with Tamil dubbing? They are gonna show Pirates of the Carribean this sunday....personally I cant stand movies being dubbed....its sound so fake..prefer to watch with original voice with texting if I have to choose 😉

I can't stand movies dubbed in any language.
Like you said, a film with subtitles, is a far better option.

BTW, did you notice in the preview on SunTV, how the voiceover guy says "The curse of the black pearl" in tamil style. Sooper comedy! 😆

Seriously, I hate dubbed movies, in whichever language. The only dubbed movies tht I have watched so far is Titanic, and Tamanna's Telugu movie 'Happy Days'; tht too just to hang out with friends. I was abt to start a topic here on the topic when Jodha Akbar was dubbed into Tamil, but soon forgot abt it 😆

There were a lot of jokes circulating in my school regarding dubbed movies.Wht's Tamil for 'Mummy returns?'Amma thirumbi vanthachu' 😆It was really irritating to hear Rose screaming 'ayyayo' for 'Good gracious!' 🤣

They showed here as well - in top 10 moviies. Charlie Angels - Drew Barrymore

Then there was Chinese - Jet Li's movie - the kungfu movie - Ippa paranthu adikaporen 🤣 🤣
🤣 🤣 🤣 It was so funny to watch.

Yes it is irritating. I rather watch in text. 😊

hollywood movies dubbed into tamil just make me laugh. firstly the translations of certain words, especially the literal translations are so freaking hilarious!🤣🤣🤣 🤣 however i must hand it to the dubbing artistes for making a good effort despite their ridiculous job.

now i'm just imagining how it will be like if tamil films are dubbed into english especially those village based ramarajan films. imagine karagatakaran in english.🤣 aha! i'm nearly rolling on the floor with laughter.🤣🤣
