RV - Abhi - Any Connection?

Do any of you think there is some connection between Abhi and RV?

What we know about them ?

RV and Abhi were supposed to be friends.
They showed us a fb of Abhi knowing RV loves Gitu. But RV held no grudges when Abhi married Gitu.
RV tried to convince Gitu that Abhi may not have planned to kill her.
Abhi could've killed RV in the last episode, last scene, but he chose not to.
It was Priyam who spewed venom for RV, but Abhi-RV conversations don't have that hatred. Both are formally cordial to each other.

Why the doubt?

RV helped Choti Maa/ Kavya but hid the fact from both Rishabh and Gitu.
He's the only link between what's happening in the haveli and Gitu, yet he hasn't told her the full truth.
He tried to convince Gitu that it was Bhavani and not Abhi behind the attack on her in the asylum
The polygraph machine was brought by him to expose Priyam, but it only proved Rishabh's love for Gitu as false, which seems to be far from the case.
RV didn't interfere when Rishabh-Abhi were fighting. He entered after the fight was over during the revelation.

There seems to be some connection between Abhi and RV - they're not friends, they're not enemies either.

Yes it's strange that rv character was totally sideline first and now he is the one who is suspected more because of certain circumstances (points you mention above) is created by him . Don't know but I still don't trust him completely that day when rishabh and bhavani was blaming each other he was watching everything like match referee.

true there is some sort of connection between rv and abhi

like rv was the only one who thought that abhi is not behind the attacks

Rajveer hands were shaking while pointing the gun at abhi

there is no sort of rivalry between them

only priyam used to spew venom on rajveer

maybe priyam was behaving like this with rajveer so that geetu won't trust him

It was 14 saal intezar kar liya aur 14 saal kar Sakta hu. So rv was in her life first abhi came in between with his naatak and saazhish

yes, we've to wait and watch.

This was just round1 and all the characters have arranged themselves on the chess board.

Round2 would be rearrangement.

The points I've mentioned could have an innocent explanation too.

@bold - Yeah, like a match referee. Found his non-reaction in that scene a bit odd.

His hands were shaking. First I thought Abhi's bullet had grazed his fingers and he was hurt. But then the next moment he did that circling thing with revolver and seemed ok.

Considering what Abhi had done to the woman he loved, there should've been some hatred or anger towards Abhi. Either he is someone who does not show his emotions, or there's something more.

You're right, there is no rivalry, from both sides.
