Ekta - 'Kajol is overrated' - Page 5

Its karans fault because of his questioning ...i personally do like kajol but its true all her hits films with srk and yash raj only ...rani is ok to and so many other actors 😆

Ektas not overrated shes had sucess for years! and kajol cannot be compared to ekta because kajols in front of the screen ekta behind alot of people do watch her shows

Everyone is entitled to their opinions. Kajol is too honest/frank, and some people may not like that. Personally, I don't think she's overrated at all. True, she works best with SRK and her movies w/ SRK are hits, but that doesn't make her any less talented.

If movies with other actors don't work out, why is she to be blamed? Actors are very important but they aren't everything to a movie...direction, script, music, action...every little thing is important and affects the movie as a whole. So when Kajol's movies with other actors don't work as well it means she's nothing w/ out SRK? I love SRK but sorry, I just don't see the logic in that 😕

I dont know how everyones calling Kajol overrated....Shes def. not over-rated!!!In MY POV!!!!If she is successful only with SRK and Karan then even Karan is successful only with the two and same goes for SRK.....he is only a hit in Yash Raj or Dharma productions!!

JUST MHO.

As for Kajol and Rani both are good. Neither one is over rated honestly. they can both be good with differrent strengths. Kajol was amazing in K3G and so was Rani in Bunty aur Babli. Fanaa was great for Kajol and Black for Rani. Shows like this love to put people on the spot for some drama or to get a rise out of the person.

I seriosuly think that kajol is overated too adn has wayy too much attitude towards rani ...rani seems like a much more down to earth straight forward person and yeah I have heard too that kajol treated rani really badly early on

kajol mite be an k actress but most of her hits and popularity has been due to SRK while rani made it on her own n I seriously can't stand kajol's attitude she isn't as great as she thinks n needs to learn that she is just human like everyone else n talk to people properly!

Good lord...you can have an opinion and you can have an opinion...to call Kajol overrated you have to have a personal grievance like Ekta does...which we are not getting into...kajol has proven herself to be one of the most talented actors of the Indian film industry and to call her over-rated is a shame!!!

Its not kaju who needs big banners or srk to make her movies a hit. I think its karan...srk, etc to make blockbusters. Look at poor srk...his movies without kaju don't do as well as they would if kaju was there.

Comparing kajol's work to ranis work is like comparing two diff things. I mean they both worked in diff time frames. When kajol started off...there was a romantic films epoch....where as now people have changed their focus to producing hollywood style movies. So obviously rani's movies will be diff.

Lastly, I think Kajol is a rare personality who has the guts to carry out her true facets into the public. She doesn't care a damn of how people would react. Another thing...if u look at all the hits made by Rani (hum tum, chalte chalte, saathiya, veer zaara, tons more) these were all rejected by kajol...hence rani picked up the roles. So......

Sorry i wrote too much...i too was also pissed off at Ekta for making that ridiculous comment. I think its her who is over rated. She has gained a lot of success by producing the same old ghise phise serials with the same old stories repeated in every serial ....wah kya creativity hai!

Amitabh was angry young man of 70s and is the most sort out star of 2007 at the age of 60...Lets ee where SRK would be at this age...AS of today the roles are written especiually for Amitabh...

I am not the biggest fan of him but I do respect the achievements of others....And he achieved a lot - where are Rajesh Kannna, Shatrughan Sinha, Vinod Khana etc who were with him in 70s.....

Get your fact right first.....plus here we are talking about Kajol being a good actress and now happy in her married life.
